I cannot recommend Antonia at the Vodafone Nuneaton store highly enough.
After having an absolutely awful experience at the Hinckley branch, I honestly wasn’t looking forward to dealing with Vodafone again. However, Antonia completely restored my faith in customer service from the moment we walked through the door.
She was welcoming, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely cared about finding the best solution for us. She took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of our questions, and made what could have been a stressful process feel completely straightforward.
We upgraded three mobile phones and our broadband, and nothing was too much trouble. Her professionalism, attention to detail, and friendly approach were exceptional throughout. It’s rare to come across someone who goes above and beyond in the way she did.
If you’re considering visiting a Vodafone store, I’d highly recommend going to the Nuneaton branch and asking for Antonia. She is a real credit to Vodafone, and thanks to her outstanding service, we’ve left as very happy customers.
