Vodaphone made me jump through hoops
Vodafone were doing maintenance for over a month my internet was none existent or buffing I bought an EE sim to cover me whilst the work was on going I rang VodaF this morning after receiving a txted the work was fininshed it took me 40min to receive a £10.00 credit , that wont cover the EE sim cost the lady on the phone had me on hold most of the time I Im done with Vodafone the way I was treated for their sub standard service is to much hassle ..I txted Giff Gaff for a friend her account received the full months payment without question Vodafone are lacking big time Ive been with them over 10 yrs bye bye

Set up with Vodafone for a contract for…
Set up with Vodafone for a contract for my 93 year old mother. Got a better deal with BT. Have tried to cancel with Vodafone for 4 months and they keep sending her bills even though we have cancelled and removed and returned the rooter. Told us its all sorted last month and just received a bill from them for over £270. Appalling customer service for a 93 year old causing so much stress.

Oldham store staff tell lies .
Went in to Oldham Vodafone store with a technical issue . Phone was making and receiving calls but I couldn't hear the caller ( they could hear me ) calls on WhatsApp and internet apps working fine. 3 shop assistants in Oldham store ALL assured me it was a Vodafone network issue and THEY couldn't help me. Drove to another job I had to visit and called into the Prestatyn Vodafone store. Within 30 seconds the staff there had diagnosed the issue, changed my sim card f.o.c and apologised for the behaviour and service provided by their sister store in Oldham. .Thanks go to Millie at Prestatyn and shame on the 3 liars at the Oldham store who didn't even bother looking at my phone and just fobbed me off with a bull shxt excuse about a Vodafone network issue.

Didn't have great service
Didn't have great service. Went in to do a trade in from s22 ultra to s24 ultra. The chap who served me was more interested in going home early as the manager wasn't in. He refused to do the data switch and never offered me insurance. He also refused to do the trade in which inconvenienced me to go back to the store which i have. Yet since then even though I have traded in vodafone have messaged saying the phone was not traded in. Where is the phone as I know who I handed it to? I would like a manager to ring me but as yet been ignored.
