Incredible customer service!! 10/10
Bill (Stockport branch) was absolutely wonderful! We only popped in to check a small data warning issue on our phones, but he helped us save a lot of money on our existing contracts! He was very thorough and transparent with all processes, explaining why he was doing each action and ensuring we understood. Couldn't recommend better - give this man a raise!

To be greeted at the door with HAVE YOU GOT YOUR BANKCARD ?
After not getting my phone on Thursday, I was waiting for the phone to come in on Friday.
As it was Saturday before I received the message that my phone was in I went in at 12.23 hours.
After proving who I was, I then waited while Amir concentrated on the computer screen, until he eventually said I will get your phone.
He brought it to me and I asked that he helped me change over the phone. He then said, we do not do that on a weekend !
I then left the shop whilst the 3 assistants were talking to each other.
I do not call this good service!

Today myself and my husband visited the…
Today myself and my husband visited the Trafford centre store to upgrade our phones however the member of staff that we were put with was that unhelpful and generally un interested in helping us with we left. We came to the Stockport store and got amazing service from mubs. Such a helpful guy he couldn’t have helped us any more 10/10 for customer service and we left with two new phones. Trafford centre need to learn from the Stockport store before they have no customers left.
