I was served by Dan
I was served by Dan. He was polite and great to deal with. I had 2 issues;
1. Non working broadband router with 3.
2. Request for new SIM following phone theft from my daughter in the foul place that is London these days!
Dan was able to change the SIM on my router and get it working. He was also quickly able to give me a replacement SIM and even marked it with my daughter’s initial for future reference.
I could not wish for better service and having dealt with 3’s call centre in Mumbai for days you can imagine my relief to have such practical assistance!
Don’t forget to take your driving licence or passport along for ID. They don’t accept your bus pass even tho’ you can vote with that!

I was looked after by Dan he was extremely helpful in finding the best phone for me and as I'm not very good with technology he set the phone up and switched everything on to it from my old phone. I found the staff at the Stroud Vodafone store extremely pleasant and welcoming.

I went in to Vodafone today to upgrade…
I went in to Vodafone today to upgrade my son’s phone. I do dread upgrading due to some issues in the past, but Dan has been fantastic. The upgrade was seamless, straightforward and fast. Whilst doing so I was also informed I was out of contract for my own phone. Dan kindly looked at better options and managed to get my bill a considerable amount lower! All in all great experience.
