Great customer service and a confident purchase
Went into the Vodafone store in Telford to compare the newer iPhones to the one I owned as I was due an upgrade. Was shortly approached by Chris who offered help and immediately was on board with answering all my questions. Despite being an android user himself, he was knowledgable about iPhones. He let me get a closer look at the IPhone 17 and play around with it because he understood my main reason for considering an upgrade was due to wanting a better camera. Chris then helped me with comparing contract prices for different models (both new and refurbished) aswell as using the trade in tool. The trade in tool is great! He was very chilled with me taking my time to make a final decision which I appreciate as I don’t like to be pressured! Eventually I decided to upgrade and Chris was super friendly throughout, we had a good chat while we did all the document signing etc. I was fortunate enough to be able to take my new phone with me that day instead of waiting for a delivery and Chris helped me transfer my phone’s data over quickly so I didn’t have to faff around with it at home. Great experience in store and feeling confident with my upgrade

I’ve been with vodaphone for over a year now and I have a little mobile wifi hotspot box and I’ve recently tried to cancel it because I’m paying £20 a month for it !! When half the time it doesn’t even work !! It always switches off on me and everything like it’s awful for the price I get EE broadband super fast for just £7 more and now VODAPHONE they want £170 because the contract ends in 2026? Avoid this place for broadband it’s terrible you would think cause I’ve been there for over a year they would help you out … you can think again all they think about is their own pockets

Excellent Customer Service from CHRIS - Telford Town Centre
Revisited my Vodafone Telford Town Centre Branch FRI 10 Oct 2025. Haven't been in the shop for 18 months, & I wanted to check my Broadband Package speed was correct.
I was quickly served by CHRIS who speedly went onto their system, and Chris confirmed all was good for my existing contract.
15 Months ago I upgraded online from my Vodafone 400+mb speed to Vodafone's 900+mb speed. Chris told me that if I wanted max fiber speed to my home Computer & Laptop devices, that I should take them both off Wifi & use an ethernet cable to the fiber hub.
Today (Saturday 11 Oct25) now at home, I tested this out with a cable to my Laptop, and WOW got a full 900+mb broadband test speed.
Chris was fantastic in the shop Friday, polite, friendly, quick & very professional. He even restarted my 900+ fiber 24 month contract so I could pay less a month than I was currently paying. Thus Chris saved me £pounds over my remaining contract term. Awesome!
I was going to stay with Vodafone anyway for my fiber broadband from June 2026. Home hub & fiber to the home all working fantastic 24/7 and very reliable.
Chris thank you once again for a brilliant & pleasurable visit to your Vodafone shop.
