I would like to say a huge thank you to Jasline at Vodafone Woolwich for providing exceptional customer service today. This isn't the first time I've been helped by her, and once again she went above and beyond to make sure I got the best deal possible.

I originally went into the store to pre-order the new Samsung Galaxy Watch Ultra 2. With the current cost of living affecting everyone, I was naturally looking to keep my monthly costs as low as possible. Not only did Jasline process my pre-order, but she also reviewed my account and found ways to save me even more money.

We currently have three lines on our account, and Jasline took the time to review my son's existing contract. Rather than simply processing my request, she proactively looked for ways to save us money. She explained a fantastic option that I wasn't aware of. Instead of me paying an additional £250 towards my Samsung Galaxy Watch Ultra 2, she suggested I could pay £218 to clear the remaining balance on my son's device instead. This meant I no longer needed to pay for a separate device plan for my new watch, resulting in just one overall cost and making far better financial sense.

She also helped reduce our monthly bills by switching my son's plan from £21 per month for 120GB of data to an unlimited data plan for just £16 per month, saving us around £14 per month across the account. In today's financial climate, every pound makes a difference, and I really appreciated that she took the time to find the best possible solution instead of simply completing the transaction.

What really stood out was her honesty, professionalism, and genuine desire to ensure I was getting the best value, rather than just selling a product. She was patient, friendly, and explained everything clearly, making the whole process straightforward and stress-free.

In today's world, it's rare to receive customer service of this standard, and it's the reason I continue to return to the Vodafone Woolwich store. Jasline is a real credit to Vodafone, and I sincerely hope her hard work and dedication are recognised. Thank you once again for consistently providing such outstanding service. I couldn't be happier with my experience and would highly recommend anyone visiting the Vodafone Woolwich store to ask for Jasline.

I went to the store for an enquiry and i met with jasleen she was nice and she saved my money to giving me best contract for the sim card

I had a very disappointing experience at Vodafone. When I visited the store, the staff didn’t explain the contract details at all. I went back to cancel the contract, and I had an extremely unpleasant interaction with a staff member whose name I believe started with Jasleen She was very rude and spoke to me in a very dismissive manner. I don’t understand why someone with such a poor attitude is kept in this role. I am truly frustrated and will not be using Vodafone again. I hope management takes this seriously and improves their customer service
