Sean is excellent!
I went into the shop trying to sort out 3 phones / numbers to get the best deal with the various requirements I had. Sean couldn't have been more helpful. He took great care & time to help me. Lovely person to deal with and very efficient at his job.

Having coverage issues with Vodafone…
Having coverage issues with Vodafone and was advised to go and get sim changed. Went to outlet in westport and was three people ahead of me and only one person working. I could pick up she was dealing with things that were difficult to explain to customers and which were outside of her control. While I was speaking with her a lady even butted in on us and it transpired she was anxious as her phone was dead, didn't charge for her overnight and her husband was in hospital. I liked how the store girl handled everything and I asked her for her name after. Her name is Celina, she has great patience, sharp on tech and a pleasure to deal with.
