Bad service , no network
I have taken a new 4g sim 4 months back now it doesn't have network sim getting damaged .. I don't know how it damaged I contacted the customer care executive .. very worst service response get from there side
Also contacted directly at VI CALICUT (KERALA) service center opposit big bazar calicut .. very rude attitude from the side executives those who sitting there ..

So I'm going to quit from idea family I never take any vi connection in my life .. I never suggest any one to take an IdeaVi connection

Third class network in sangamner location at my home other network working properly but Vodafone network is not working properly that's why I am changing my network in another network like jio to much errited for Vodafone and idea network

I have been complaining regarding bad network since 4 months and no actions were taken till now. Also third Class customer care service

Worst service why did i port would rate as zero 😪 😔 😕 🙃 😞 😐 😪 services my suggestion is please dont go for it bad network bad data service call drops etc .......

Vodafone is the worst network in the world, if someone had a worse word than this, he would have done it.

If it was possible to give no stars I would do so. This is quite possible the worst company and customer service that you will ever come across. Never get involved with their prepaid plan. When you try to pay and end the service they tell you it can only be done at the end of the month. At the end of the month, they charge you for the next month and it goes on and on and on. Now I have left the country, I have lost the sim, it is not active anymore, I have no bank card in India, this company will not except my overseas card. How am I to pay this bill that never ends. Their solution, I should find some random person in India and beg them to pay this bill!!!!! What kind of solution is this? I want to pay, but they refuse to accept my cards!!!!! No wonder the ratings are terrible.

Worst service ever possible in earth . Please shut down ur operation in Assam main in Guwahati city . Ur operations should be banned by govt with immediate effect . I have been using this number since ages using the maximum monthly rental but everything is waste . Lastly took a decision to do MNP to jio . Suggest every customer to leave Vodafone idea wastage

My Internet isn't always stable. Always disconnects cant use stable for atleast 1 min.

Bc no network at all mf alll ways gives red ping while playing games plz check the network connection in tukver second division darjeeling plz it's a humble request or have to switch to jioooo

Vodafone became a thief now a days. They gave unnecessary pop ups with don't have any cancellation option and if you press ok then one pack will be activated and all of your money will be deducted. I am going to change Vodafone after using it from 2006

Third class service, totally Third class company, very bad service . Not resolves any problems with vi network ,many times complain for bad network indoor coverage. But nothing do this third class company. totally wast of money. Very disappointed.

Worst company in the world and there sim .... network never comes but there bill comes every month and when your sim porting procedure at that time they will give you new plans say that they will give free for 2 months don't port your sim you are our old coustomer soo on and worst billing sim ......and then when your sim got port then after a month they will start sending you the outstanding amount to be paid which was not there if you not pay them they will block your sim ........I would say never ever buy vodaphone sim card specially the billing one .......

Literally irritated by store exicutive... Now I sit at vi store but the exicutive behave lethargically moreover they are all slow even they don't show interest towards customer.... I don't like to give any star also... It's happening in Trichy store
