Vodafone India 

The most worst network,so I request you to not go with it make yourself fools as like me and many.
Even living in the middle of the city with high fi zonal areas, Vodafone network service is like with no internet speed or continuous call drops and if you raise a query they simply answer that come out your house. You will get better signals.
In that case we need to live our lives on roads for 24/7..

Pieces of crap... We r not calling you to appeal, we r calling u to complain, not plead asses. U better acknowledge n remember language inputs. Time is important, not low level call centre employees...

Vodafone customer service is very poor. Particularly my case. Because my complaint given but single complaint also they never solved, They never come to meet regards. But as per Vodafone complaints list my all query is solved. No pending complaints. This is my issue. But airtel services are using my friends . They are happy on service. I am not satisfied with vodafone chennai. Past 2 months above 10 complaints. 10 class. No response from Vodafone.

The Worst ever Customar care is by Vi India. I have been Continuously following up for sending text messages after having updated International roaming but they could not figure out the reason behind it. I would rather change the service provider once I return India

Worthless connection with high amount pack. Recently it has become more vogus from when it became VI. I have been using this number from 2007 but now I think its time to change the connection.

All are trying to access 5G .but in my village I can't able to access 2G(Worst network coverage)

Not at all supportive just trying to manipulate ppl to switch to Vodafone with all the fake promises once u join vodafone and there is no response or support....worst services. They don't respond on the complaints.

Very poor network signal here in Amritsar town of District Punjab.
Not able to connect Mobiles... Have to do frequently for the connection.

I am having vodsfone SIM I havr not been getting OTP and SMS about last three months complaint manytimes to vodafone executive but they are unable to provide any solution My connection was prepaid and validity was upto July11 2022,went to vodafone store they changed the SIM to postpaid and asked mr to recharge,it was done but the problem still persists. Im thinking of surrendering voda SIM

Worst network, every time i facing so much complications with internet connection and so poor services.

I'm in Aizawl, Mizoram, I have to attend a very important meeting on 18.06.2022, but there is no voda signal at all, and b'caz of voda I lost a contract, thanks to vida. No signal at all, i'm going to change my subscription.

No network coverage within the heart of Thiruvananthapuram city, Kerala. Such a disastrous network. Vodafone has become worse after its merger with Idea. I stuck to them as I dont want to take Jio. Now no option

Recharged my no. The data stopped working. Called the helpline & I was assured that the problem will be resolved in 4 hours. The issues would not get resolved by Voda team would close the complaint as resolved. Kept calling them every four hours, same commitment, same closure of complaint & again I had to call them. Despite multiple requests not a single supervisor called. It’s been 2 days the ordeal continues. At the verge of shifting to Airtel/ Jio

I have a postpaid number, the bill due date is still 2 days away and I am being spammed by multiple calls and msgs to pay the amount even though the payment date is not even here. I am getting msgs to pay or there will be a legal action against me. Are you guys crazy? I can pay on the first day and I can pay on the last day, that is upto me. This company has really poor networks and the only money they generate is by harrassing people.

Wanted to get a replacement SIM for my father who is 85 years old . I went to the Vodafone store in chamarajapet Bengaluru today to get the replacement sim for my father aged 85 years . The staff in the store asked me to bring him to the store . I brought my father to the store at around 710 p.m .The staff said they will not issue replacement sim after 7 p.m. I went directly to gavipuram vodafone store which is another 1 km from there and got the replacement sim in few mins. This is reflection of lack of sensitivity and poor customer service at this store while other stores are issuing the replacement sims after 7 p.m
