But let me brief me one more aspect of this story. For getting a new service or mobile connection your representative keeps calling and coming up with lucrative offer until the customer agrees to buy...
At the time of selling your product nobody cares to tell that if they fail to satisfy their commitment what option a customer is left with....
I talked to representative over call and asked them to discontinue my service if that's not possible then atleast change it to prepaid and none of my request was entertained. They hung up saying you have to visit home branch which is far away from my vicinity and during this covid times it's difficult to reach there...
