I had an issue with my blow out dryer which caused the heat not to work - reported it and within 2 hours it was all sorted. Katie was super helpful and asked me to try a cleaning function and if that did not work she would still work with me to find a resolution. It worked - Im thrilled. Just as a thought it might be a good idea to share this as a reel incase anyone else has the same issue. So well handled - thank you Katie

I absolutely love all the products from Voduz. I have purchased two hair dryers and they are amazing.
The Velvet Crown spray is amazing and keeps all the fly aways in place.
I also buy the Trend Setter Spray and the Prep Talk dry shampoo and wouldnt use anything else now.

Their Blow Out hair dryer is the best i have ever used and i have used alot of hairdryers.
Its slim light and dry's hair super fast. I even purchased another one for my daughter.

Katie is so helpful if you have any queries at all be it returns or help with products shes the best.

I had a small issue with an order, emailed customer service and Katie answered me. Not only did she answer my query but followed up a couple of days later to ensure all was well. Big shout out to Katie and Voduz - they’re lucky to have you!

Using their hair care range. My hair is thinning and has breakage. Since I started using Vodux my hair does feel and look better. I’m excited to see if it keeps improving over time. Smells incredible too. I just purchased the heartless curlers but have yet to use them and some of the brushes. I definitely recommend the haircare range and will update when I try the rest :)

I had a problem with my hairdryer so I contacted customer care and explained what was happening. I have to say Katie went above and beyond to help me and she sorted it out so quickly.They have the best customer care , in my experience theyve been patient and caring, and help any way they can . I would recommend theyre dryer and straighteners .I love the illuminating shampoo and conditioner !

We ordered the straighteners and are very impressed with them. Definitely better than ghds! And we have used ghds for over 20 years. The shampoo and conditioner have made a big difference to my daughters hair condition. We have ordered the scalp scrub and can't wait to try it.
Excellent customer service and delivery.

I have searched for this product my whole life. Then, when I was away, I forgot shampoo and splashed out in the local chemist. Well, I haven't looked back since. At last, I feel like my hair is mine again, even if I am useless at styling myself and drying, I literally can now. The best part is that it's so good, I use less and therefore the bottles always last longer than other expensive brands. So it works out more cost-effectively, too.

Placed order for 2 dryers voduz blow out and voduz blow out pro... both seam really good.. 32yrs hairdressing and I no a good dryer.. both of them so light in weight speed really good heat really good...price was amazing..lil thank u note from Denise and brendan was a really good touch too...definitely recommend... im loving everything in this range..have alot of my clients on the hair care and im blown away with the condition of their scalps and hair..

Bought the shampoo for blonde and to be honest, as soon as it hits my hair it turns it so hard and matt like. I but need to use a ton of conditioner to soften my hair again. Its actually really horrible.

I had the misfortune that my voduz hairdryer broke but the customer care team were brillant and very quick to reply to my emails and give me a full credit note to purchase my choice of hairdryer from their site.

Unbelievable customer service. Had a couple of problems with an order id made and it was resolved without issue and the team were extremely quick to resolve the issues I had.

I had an issue with a delivery that I got. Two products that should have been included in my order were missing. I sent an email with my order number and details of what was missing and Katie got it sorted straight away for me. I love Voduz products, use their Shampoo/Conditioner/Body Boost all the time. Their Defender/Trend Setter and Prep Talk Sprays are fantastic so I was very happy that my issue was sorted so quickly.
