Market leading supplier

I’m operations manager for a reseller of voiceflex and have so much positive to say. Their hosted system Flow is truly market leading, I’m an experienced engineer of hosted systems like Gamma’s Horizon as well as having experience with Mitel, Samsung, Panasonic, Avaya, 3CX, WildX and 8x8.
Flow is truly market leading compared to all of them.
Their whole team has been so supportive with training, support, helping complete sales and develop better products. They’re one of the best suppliers I’ve worked with in 15 years of Telecoms and connectivity experience.
John Walford deserves special mention for his training and support to our company, not to downplay the significant input of others there too.
Truly recommended.

Thanks Alex

We had issue with one way audio for one of our clients.

Alex was quick to assist and turned on logging for us to send over an example, once he examined the example he quickly fixed the issue.

help desk support

Phoned the help desk as has an issue that we needed urgent help with, I was asked to raise a ticket and they will deal with it immediately.
The team at Voiceflex (true to there word) jumped on our problem and resolved our issue immediately.

Sam Roe

Sam Roe, was very helpful and persistent in trying to resolve a porting issue. Gave advise to give to the leaving host (Ridgewall) of the number and then followed up with BT wholesaler to gain the info to require the porting to go through after multiple failures.

Cold called claiming to be EE - fake

Cold called claiming to be EE - and even when challenged, they tried to give a fake EE number for verification. Don't fall for this company and do not part with any bank details.

I have read the response below,,,so here is the full review - the man who called did claim to be EE. However I googled the tel number as he was talking. I put it to him that the phone number came back to a company that was not EE and was based in St Albans (Voiceflex). I put it to him that he was not EE. He said that he worked for Voiceflex who were contracted by EE. I told him that claiming to be another company was illegal. I also told him that I googled the tel number and it came back to Voiceflex and there were 238 negative reviews of this number from people trying the 'hard sell'. Another also said that Voiceflex had claimed to be EE. So my review is a fair one. If your employees are making cold calls, then they need serious training on how not to con people. I checked the phone number again and it is Voiceflex's tel number.

As mentioned before, Voiceflex is a registered range holder of telephone numbers authorised by Ofcom, providing services to businesses in the UK. We operate as a wholesaler, supplying numbers to resellers who then distribute them to individual businesses. Although the number is registered to Voiceflex, it is not Voiceflex itself that uses the number to make calls. Just like BT supplies landline numbers to individuals. The calls made from these numbers are not made by BT, but by the individuals themselves.

The call you received was not made by Voiceflex.

Voiceflex are excellent - Thanks Sean!

Voiceflex are excellent. Business number porting can be a headache, but these guys make it easy. Always happy to help, impressively responsive, and reliable.

Special shoutout to Sean Walsh - he went above and beyond to do the impossible for me and help save a customer's number, the cause of which had nothing to do with VF. As a company focused on customer services, folks like Sean are the ones you want on the other end of the phone. Thanks guys

Amazing service!

Never can i fault the service from the support team!

Voiceflex truly have an amazing support system and the engineers there make a difference, the fact that you can call the support team knowing that when some one picks up your query will be dealt with there and then. Lasantha has been around to help me for a long time know and his expertise are always appreciated top customer service !

Also want to say our account manager Wayne Nieuwoudt has forever been helpful with our account any questions queries or email his always there to help thank you again team for all the service you provide in both supporting our account and managing our needs and requirement.
