I recently upgraded our phone system with VoIP Central, initially I was concerned about switching supplier, however Baz listened to my concerns and put together a plan that would allow a smooth transition. We are a sales based company and our phones are in constant use, I'm happy to say that that the switch was seamless and to date we have had no issues. The best VoIP solution advisory. I needed a voip solution where I could answer business calls on the go, I was set up in a few hours up and running with a local number on a softphone application. The customer service is excellent, if there is ever a time where you need further technical support the team are very responsive.

We were moving our business into a new premises and we needed to set up our IT infrastructure. We were contacted by VoIP Central and after an initial consultation, they were instructed to provide us quotes for our telephony and connectivity.

The quotes were received promptly and installation was soon followed. The solution was fit for our requirements and at a great price.

We then instructed VoIP Central again for some quotes for our business mobile phones and within a few working days we had our brand new devices on a much better tariff.

We were reviewing our telephony contract due to the upcoming ISDN switch off and needed a solution for 150 users. We were contacted by Voip Central who listened to our requirements and provided us with some proposals. After chosing our provider, they gave us a proof of concept and after this worked seamlessly, we now have our telephony and connectivity all managed by Baz and the team.
