Have used V Vapour for over 4 years now. Their own brand juices are absolutely top quality; yes I've tried others,however, they are nowhere near as good as theirs. The Guys are very knowledgeable and always helpful when it comes to finding a kit to suit your needs, whether you are starting up or looking to move on to bigger Mods.
During Lockdown Ben came to the rescue with his delivery service, saved me from risking trying mediocre internet juices.....absolutely priceless service!

Ben at the Erdington shop has been marvellous. I am shielding, I broke my e-cig. He not only found me a replacement, he also offered me more coils - which I needed - and delivered them to my house. I will always use the Erdington shop as the staff are all helpful, polite & knowledgeable.

Ben, Andy and Chris (only names I know) are very polite and very knowledgable! Wouldn't go anywhere else. Always enough stock and on the odd occasion there hasnt been they have been good with reccomendations!! Keep up the good work xx

Ive used Vvapour since it first started. They have always been very friendly,helpful,knowledgable about vaping products and do their best for whatever your needs.The prices are good value and they strive to always give you a good deal. Their own branded juices that are are made by their own labs right here in the Midlands / Uk are second to none. Also having several outlets around Birmingham being open 7 days a week for your needs is great.

Great customer service, the staff are always great to talk to and always there to help you out. I have never had a problem with any of the vapes or liquid from the shop, Also Ben has been great during lockdown by helping people out by delivering liquid etc. So if you need a vape etc visit one of bens shops!!!

Always provide and excellent service and is always happy to help . If they don’t have what u need they get it for u . Wudnt choose to go anywhere else .
