Great customer service, staff know what there talking about, go above and behond to help, delivery service over the lockdown period was amazing just had to text or ring Ben tell him what you wanted and within half hour or soo er he was there at the door. Thanks guys your doing an amazing job x

I have been vaping for the last 6 years and used various on line companies. I very rarely leave reviews but I must say having been recommended the vvapour site I have experienced nothing but a good, fast reliable service. I recently received a faulty coil and the customer care team handled my problem within 24 hours and replaced my products. I am very pleased to have found a company with great products, prices and a very helpful customer care team. I would highly recommend vvapour.

Excellent customer service and the delivery service was the best around throughout lockdown these guys in the shop really know there stuff and will not sell you anything you dont need just for a sale they take pride in ther job to help every customer that comes through the door well recommended will definitely go back again and again and recomend to every vaper i know keep up the work guys 👍👍

Brilliant company never had any issues with them and they are always helpful and knowledgeable as to what’s best to have for my type of work so I’m not repeat but everything, and they have gone above and beyond during COVID-19 to keep everyone happy with deliveries. As a key worker in this Corona crisis I, found it difficult to visit my local Vapour store, College road, Kingstanding. So, to have a fast and friendly delivery service is a godsend. thx guys.

I have been using Vvapour for what is coming up to 7 years now and wouldn’t go anywhere else. Top quality juice, always have up to date products and the customer service is impeccable. Staff are absolutely awesome and always friendly and willing to help with whatever the requirements. Vast knowledge of all vape related juices/mods Etc. A credit to the company and if anyone says otherwise they’re lying. I have personally sent a fair number of new customers to VVapour and none have said they have been disappointed. Even throughout the current lockdown and pandemic the Delivery service has been brilliant, not let me down once. The shops in Kingstanding and Erdington have had a major refurb during these difficult times and both look amazing which in itself is a credit to the company. Get down to either one and have a look yourself and see how they are handling the social distancing measures too.
