This is my fourth time renting a car and like all the other time all good I would recommend anyone to rent from them

We had excellent service off VWFS from start to finish. Steve was extremely helpful. Everything from hiring the car to return was very smooth and seam free. In the future when hiring a car I would definitely use this company again. They were so obliging with everything. Highly recommend this company.

Hire the car for 2 weeks over Xmas second time iv hire from vwfs I love the car and it's something I think I would buy but I would hire again and tell anyone else to do the same

I needed a bigger car for a break away. It's my 1st time using VW Pullman but won't be my last. From booking online to dealing with Dominic in person I can not fault this company. Dominic even took the time to make sure I'd be comfortable driving a bigger car as im only short before pick up lolThe car was brand new and a joy to drive (even in storm Amy). Easy and hassle free right from the start! We normally hire from Enterprise but a friend recommended we try VW car rental Sunderland, so glad we did! The rental was so easy to arrange, there was no hassle on collection or return (the staff were great). The car was virtually new, top spec and immaculately clean! And guess what, they were way cheaper than Enterprise! Well done VW rental, see you again soon!
