10/10 Customer Service. Small Biz Excellence
First of all, I want to give a big shout out to one of the owners of Vyral, Austin. He went above and beyond to help me with an issue I was having with the checkout process. He was super down to earth, humble, and really helped me feel more confident that i was making the right choice by buying a PC from Vyral.
More on my experience:
I noticed a little glitch with their payment gateway showing the wrong price (3k less then it should of been) and decided to give them a call to get some clarification on the issue and see how i could resolve it. Give the number I found in the FAQ a call, and Austin was the one who answered. I could tell he was in his office and Im pretty sure the number was his direct line since there way no automated call system and just went straight to him.
He was super friendly and listened to the issue I was having and he was very apologetic about me having to deal with the issue in the first place. While he troubleshooted the issue, I could hear one his co-workers helping him figure it out and as a team they asked me a couple questions and figured out the best solution. I got lots of good vibes from them. They seem like a hard working group of friends that are truly passionate about what they do and are people just like myself. If you're trying to avoid big corporate PC makers and like the idea of spending your hard earned money with a small business that's run by a small team of gamers and PC lovers, then this company is the right choice for you.
Austin was helpful from start to finish and was very accommodating and even offered a free upgrade for my troubles. I was highly impressed and I can't wait to see the results of their hard work when I get my new PC.
