I found the website informative and easy to navigate. I have tranferred from my previous contract as it was too expensive. I have found the offers of Waggel to be ideal for the coverage I was looking for. I now have my two pets covered for less than I was paying previously just for my dog. Options are good so I was able to choose the best option for my pets and for my finances.

As always. Responsive and very helpful. I only have positive comments about Waggel. Thoroughly recommend this company.

I am well pleased with the attitude of Lauren who was born helpful and patient when I called.
Overall excellent..

The website was easily navigated and insurance was put in place, the direct debit set up and cover began. But then the emails began, numerous emails with various details of reason to deny the claim 🤔 this has really put me off and I have cancelled the direct debit/policy 🤷🏻‍♀️ I won't pay for a service which has already told me won't pay out...

Simple, first rate, honest

Waggle are no fuss insurance offering compassion when I needed it most. Excellent service from them and I woold highly recommend them.

Overall, I have had a positive experience with this pet insurance. I never encountered any major issues when submitting claims, and my reimbursement requests were processed successfully. The claims process was straightforward, and I have generally been satisfied with the service.

However, I am disappointed by the significant increase in renewal premiums. I started my policy three years ago at approximately £50 per month. During the following years, I made only relatively modest claims, so I initially assumed that the substantial premium increases were related to those claims and did not question them.

This year, however, I did not make any claims at all, yet my renewal quote increased from around £130 to approximately £180 per month. Seeing such a large increase despite having no claims has been very disappointing.

One important point for prospective customers is that, once your pet develops a medical condition, changing to another insurer can become difficult because pre-existing conditions are often excluded from new policies. For that reason, I would encourage anyone considering this insurance to think carefully before choosing a provider. While the premiums may seem very competitive at the beginning, they can increase dramatically over time, as my experience has shown.

Very pleased that my claim came through. Unfortunately it took way longer than expected. Hopefully future claims will be a quicker process!

Simple process very straightforward

Great service, no hassle with claim. My only negative is being charged when i moved address.

Can't fault them! Our cat was unfortunately coming the the end of her life. She had treatment for a few days but we decided it was best for her to be put to sleep. The claim for her treatment was settled promptly with minimal fuss and we received a handwritten bereavement card a week later.

I've had a very positive experience with Waggel so far. One of my cats became suddenly very sick and needed to be hospitalised out of hours with a lot of subsequent treatment as an outpatient. After the initial confusion with the vet re who claims, I was able to submit the claim with reasonably basic information and Waggel liaised with the different veterinary surgeries to get the information they needed fir the claim to be approved. Updated claims for further treatment of the same condition have been a smooth simple process.
And most importantly my cat is recovering :)

Couldn't help me enough after I made a mistake

We absolutely adore waggel their claim process is the most accessible for autism and mental impairment I've ever seen, the support chat is always incredibly helpful and the staff are so kind and genuinely there to help you not just do a job, This is the only insurance company we recommend because we've never had a bad experience with them and we have a lot of animals covered by them. We even had an unfortunate situation that left one dog without cover but they actually took accountability for their mistake and reinstated his cover in full! What other insurance company takes responsibility like that?!

At first the prices seem high but keep in mind you're able to adjust your cover to what you can afford via multiple different components not just amount of cover = insurance cost monthly it's so much more than that. They cover things that I've never known an insurer cover before and it's literally lifesaving.

Waggel were very good at keeping me informed about a claim and the delay that occurred was from the vet not from then. They were very sympathetic and processed my claim appropriately. Thanks
