Delayed 30 minuts. Sushi should be cold, this was room temperature and the box with soy sauce was smashed sauce was all over

Almost every single time I use Waiteer, the food is delivered more than 45 min delayed… I live in Vejle

If you are thinking to work for them as courier then stop. I don’t recommend this at all.
Just work for the other courier job like wolt instead of this company.
For instance their management is worst and their stuff is absolutely rude and cold, I mean it wasn’t even I did something bad or said something bad just they were already rude and cold from the beginning.
Also the salary is not even good so it’s just not worth it.
At the end of the day, It’s up to you if you wanna work for them but would you work for a company where the management system is bad and all the stuff is rude and cold?

I live in Vejle.
Non existing customer service, i have used Them 2 times, i had to write to the customer service both times. First the delivery guy drove arround the city for more than 1,5 hours after my food was picked up. They did not reply until the next day after i ordered: We Will give you free delivery. I have been ordering food 5 times a week for arround 10 years now, and i have never tried anything as bad as the 2 times i have used Waiteer. I Will not recomend this Company to my worst enemy.

I live in Horsens, where I have ordered take away with home delivery from the likes of JustEat and Wolt many times. Although delays can happen, during busy periods, I have never experienced no-shows. This has now happened twice with Waiteer, and I am fed up. I paid for delivery on the order, and I end up having to go pick up the food myself.

You can keep the money charged for the delivery, that will just help me remember, that I will never use the delivery option again - there are simply too few carriers in Horsens. The app is okay, but I would rather order from the restaurant directly than having to deal with Waiteer.

Fast delivery and excellent customer service!

Very good experience. I ordered from a restaurant that I knew before and the food was delicious as I expected it to be. The courier from Waite er.dk came as fast as he could and he was polite and nice.

They say 20 minutes but you should expect almost an hour and a customer service for a company that’s proud to be the only danish one of its kind but danish is not spoken from customer service. This is a joke. Don’t even consider this app just call the take away place that’s more stabile. And you get proper service.

Food was almost 2 hours delayed, cold and burger bun was wet from the long delivery.

Excellent customer service - if your goal is to have no customers!
No help at all on the 300 kr we paid for food that we never received. They are the best advocates for using competing food delivery services.

Ordered a pizza 17:30, expected delivery 18:45-18:55
Courier picked up the pizza 19:00.. so i knew it was late. I Got my food 19:35. Barely any heat at all. I would never recommend ordering from Waiteer again. My compensation was some useless coins for a “standard delivery” that im never going to use.

amazing service, super friendly staff

Delivery was late even though I ordered the food two hours in advance, and the food was cold and the fries were soft and boring. Tried this several times.
