Horrible

Horrible, tasteless food from Kanda's in Esbjerg. Delivery guy could not find the place, despite me writing it on the app.

Worst delivery app ever

Worst delivery app ever! Wrong deliveries, cancelled orders when waiting 45 min, late orders +30 min. Orders marked as delivered when there were no food delivered. We gave it 6 orders and deleted the app when 5/6 orders went wrong.

DO NOT USE THIS APP!!!

Late delivery and multiple messages and…

Late delivery and multiple messages and calls from delivery who could not find address and blamed it on Google Maps. Had to go find him in the streets outside to get my order. Terrible experience.

Det kan være svært at finde nogle adresser i Google Maps, som de fleste af vores kurerer bruger, specielt hvis der er tale om nybyggeri som ikke findes på Google Maps endnu.

Jeg vil meget gerne undersøge om det kan være tilfældet i forbindelse med din ordre. Så skal jeg bare lige bruge lidt mere info fra dig 😃

They cancelled my order without telling me

They cancelled my order but the website made it look like it was accepted, so I waited 2 hours for food that wasn't coming. Customer service was unresponsive and unhelpful. That's the first time I tried to order from here, and I'm never ordering again.

Wrong food and cold upon delievery

We ordered through Waiteer and got the food on time and a friendly delievery man (but i guess that’s thanks to Waiteer). The food however was wrong, we didn’t get what we ordered. It seems like they didn’t take the time to look at what we ordered and just threw some different kinds of salads in there. The food was also cold on delievery...
We won’t order from there again.
