I wish there is an option for negative ratings. Even single star does not justify the worst service they provided. They totally damaged my dinning set and when I claimed (via Pacglobal their insurance company) they said we will pay partially because you can still use it. Repeatedly I declined because it was brand new dinning set and requested them to bring me a new set. They said dispute should be done online at their website where they have auto decline settings. I dispute and after 2 mins one email comes that dispute is declined. They don't even explain any reason. Sent several emails and calls no response. Stay away if you do not want to damage your things during your move.

This is my second time using Walkboard and both times I got paired with Corey. Let me tell you… this guy is a master of his craft. Punctual, personable, friendly, and professional. They are great and very helpful!

The process was very easy and efficient. The two loaders arrived on time and were efficient in loading up the truck. One of the loaders was clearly very experienced and did a great job directing the work. The other loader was still very helpful but unfocused and required a lot of direction. Overall I am very happy with the support we received and would certainly use Walkboard again in the future!

Absolutely terrible! Worst moving experience EVER!!!!!
I scheduled a move on line and then confirmed with a salesperson over the phone. We were literally moving down the hall to a new condo. WE moved everything except the main large pieces. In the span of an 1 hour and 45 minutes they scratched my new hardwood floors, hit the wall, freshly painted walls and took a chunk out, forgot to hook up our washer/dryer, didn't hook the stacked washer together with dryer, and lastly ripped a hole in my new fabric couch. The movers said they would be back the next day to fix things. Then they no- showed. When we called to find out why, the lead mover PROMISED they would return the following day........7 days later, nothing. Completely went invisible!
******But here's the really bad and frustrating part. When I finally got a return call from Walkboard Management, BTW, it took 3 emails and 5 phone messages and 7 days to call me, he basically said he can't do anything because the movers are SUBCONTRACTED so he has no control. He did refund my $45.00 booking fee. BIG DEAL!
I have $500.00 in repair fees and a plumper service call because they also didn't hook up my washing machine. And I confirmed prior that they could do that.
Save your money and go with another moving company. The fact that the company does not stand behind there movers and basically say " sorry but I can't help you" is inexcusable!

Cory and Kedar were fantastic! Worked very efficiently and very quickly! They are extremely hard working gentlemen. There is no way my husband and I could have done the job they did by ourselves. These two were very friendly, funny and so very helpful. We would highly recommend to anyone.
