Great service-discovered I hadn’t ordered enough rolls of wallpaper. Phoned gave batch number- stock checked and thankfully was able to purchase an additional roll which was posted promptly

Beware of returns ploicy
Purchased too much wallpaper and had 8 perfect rolls left of quite an expensive design. The decoration ran into problems delaying our ability to finish the wallpaper. Asked if we could return but denied because beyond the 30 day return policy. The wallpaper has not gone off of been damaged in anyway so think the policy is short sighted especially as we have many more rooms to decorate and won't be buying from wallpaper direct anymore

We apologise that you are unhappy with our returns policy. Unfortunately we were unable to honor your request to make the return since your request was made 61 days after your order was delivered and was too far outside the return window. We have a limit of 30 days which is customary in our industry. The returns policy has limits for many reasons including batches, limited time to return goods to suppliers, and stock management.
We do appreciate your business and we hope that you will reconsider purchasing from us again.

Reliable service to Scotland. So pleased with all my orders so far. Great range of wallpapers, free samples and website easy to navigate. Excellent communication if there is a slight delay with the order. Speedy delivery via FedEx. That the quality of the paper varies even when you buy from the same brand is not the fault of the company. Good value for money if you compare with other companies.

Excellent wall paper at great price
The wallpaper was fantastic well packed and eventually arrived in good order, the only problem was they used Evri to deliver, well I say deliver! After they say they delivered it eventually went back to the supplier and they had to resend twice😬 Having said that , the people I spoke to at wallpaper direct were very helpful and sorted it out very quickly.
