Understood requirements unlike another company we ordered with and had to cancel because they couldn’t understand what we wanted! (20 x 16 mount for 16 x 12 picture 🙄). Extremely easy to order, good value, happy with the quality. It couldn't have been easier. I will certainly use again.

Unfortunately, the frame I purchased arrived 1 cm expanded on each side, causing the frames to bend and making it impossible to use, which is quite disappointing. I reached out twice with images of the issue but have yet to receive a response. I had expected a more responsible approach to customer service.
