Ordered flowers from Australia for my grans 86th birthday in uk.
The flowers didn't arrive to my and my grans disappointment
Wards said we forgot !! The least they could do was deliver free of charge to make up for their error. But no. Do not use!

I spent a long long time on the Internet trawling for the perfect flowers for my mum in laws 60th. I (thought) I found it choosing the `exquisite` range in CREAM, I was advised that what I chose was a small table arrangement and a bouquet would suit which was helpful. I asked for no lilies and swap for very pale pink roses which they did. However the rest of the flowers were nothing like the picture, were WHITE not cream and some ghastly pink flowers also which was not what i was after at all. The service was good but am hugely disappointed with the bouquet, not classy at all.

Arranged deliver to a friend in Cyprus who had suffered a bereavement; superb service from start to finish; the flowers were so beautiful my friend shed some tears!

I ordered the flowers the day of delivery, I gave very specific details of what I wanted within the arrangement, the flowers were perfect and were delivered that very afternoon.

Service is something as a company we pride ourselves on and Wards delivered on every level. It is no wonder they have been in trade for over 100 years.

I will always go to them with any future floral requests!

I have used Wards previously and found the service to be exceptionally good. However this time although everthing was dealt with in a professional and friendly manner by their telephone operators the delivery service left a lot to be desired. My order consisted of a bouquet and a box of chocs. The flowers were deliverd three days early minus the chocs and the recipient was away from home. I complained and was offered a free delivery of the same order the following day, which I accepted. The beautiful flowers were duly delivered but no chocs. Again I made a complaint and was told that the chocs would be delivered the next day and true to their word they were together with a card saying sorry. On this occasion not so good, usually extremely good but due to the effort put in to rectify the problems I will use the service again.

Iam based in Jersey and wanted to treat my wife to her favourate colour flowers(white) unable to visit the shop i called on the phone and the service was fantastic and proffesional my wife based in the UK is still enjoying the treat

Wards were very quick to react when the orchid I had ordered through them but not supplied by them for my daughters birthday started dropping its flowers the same day. Wards had used another interflora supplier in Leeds and my daughter is awaiting a new plant, they had run out but have said they'll call when they have more in (local supplier not Wards).
