Completely the wrong product was delivered. I’m awaiting the correct heater arrive. Not good

I ordered twp panels,The controllers must have been paired to its panel at the factory but were put with the wrong panel when packed. I figured it out but initially thought i had purchased a dud panel, so a bit annoyed at first. All good now though

Really impressed ….ive had two or three so called shed heaters but this one is by far the best

Easy to order, reasonably quick delivery seeing I ordered late Friday delivered Tuesday. Finally installed using template for wall mounting, switched it on and all way great. I have requested information though re no feet if I wanted free standing, not sure if included and paid for extra warranty but no paperwork so have contacted customer services awaiting response but again it's Friday 🤦 otherwise pleased
Actually they came back to in a couple of hours, no feet with this model ah well no problem.

This is the second time I’ve bought from Warm4less and find them fast, no fuss, good products.

Had a problem with the item and no reply from 3 emails.
It turns out on hindsite it was my fault sending my emails to no reply emails. Since the mishap the company have been brilliant.

I am really delighted with my infra-red bathroom heater from Warm4less. The website was very easy to navigate , clear instructions about measuring up and calculating the correct size .
Ethan was particularly helpful about choosing the bespoke image which I wanted .
The panel was very well packed and arrived safely in perfect condition.

Easy to order, quick to arrive, easy to setup

Excellent product used for garage on low no damp or condensation on my motorcycle

I had lots of queries about which panels to buy for my needs (a log cabin with sloping ceilings with wooden rafters). Ben was super helpful replying to all my queries. I ended up with the Lumina 660W panels which look fantastic and are giving out really lovely warmth. the LED lights are really nice too, once I had worked out how to get more than one panel responding in sync with just one remote controller unit. Pretty easy to install as well with a template that comes with them which we stuck to the ceiling with masking tape to keep in place while holes were drilled for the brackets.

Great a Service

Just wanted to say what a great company this is. The customer service is outstanding and so refreshing in this day and age. I had order a heater for my conservatory but it wasn’t adequate for the room, customer services arranged collection and a refund quickly, no quibbles. Should I need additional heaters for bedrooms etc in the future this company is the first I would buy from. Highly recommend.

As an owner of a block of five flats I decided to do the ecologically right thing and remove the gas from the flats as they come up for a re-furb, and we have so far done two of them, and the stairwell.
The customer service was faultless and the panels perform exactly as promised. We have to date purchased 14 panels over a couple of years and are completely satisfied.
As a landlord I no longer have boiler breakdowns or annual boiler certificates to worry about and the tenants are very happy with the system.
Only one heads up to landlords the EPC system has not yet caught up with the world of IR and the panels are not as favourably viewed as other forms of less efficient heating.
that aside, would I continue to install these units from this company, absolutely yes, go for if guys.

Warm4less were attentive and responded promptly to all my questions when I was considering buying a heater and were really helpful in helping me find the right picture for my panel heater. When there was an issue with some damage during transit, they again responded swiftly with no fuss. Highly recommend warm4less for service, price and expertise.
