I would give a minus if I could. Vets here think they are God and talk down to you. They carry out proceedures on your pets which are unnecessay, they do not send off samples that they have requested. In short they are all about the money and not about what is right for your furbaby.
Needed to get my Puppy 1st Vaccinations done and my vet told me "It will be a month before we can get him in" I phoned Warren House Vets 'Rochester' and they got me booked in 3 days later.
The young lady on the phone was very nice and polite.
When I got there on the day the 2 ladies at the reception desk were very nice and polite as well.
When I got to see the Vet, she was very nice, polite, friendly to my pup and talked to me about pup and how we'll go about things with him.
This is not my 1st dog, so I know how things go, but if it was, all the information that was given was 1st class.
