Warning - Don't allow them to manage very mess admin..

Their record keeping and accounts are not up to a professional standard. For years we have been repeatedly charged for things they should not have billed us for, and each time we have had to chase and remind them to correct their own errors — this should not be the responsibility of the leaseholder.
Most recently, we raised a formal complaint regarding a late charge that was completely unjustified due to their poor communication. This is simply not acceptable from a property management company.
Our biggest piece of advice to anyone dealing with Warwick Estates: do not rely on them to keep accurate records. Keep your own backups of every invoice, email and payment — you will need them.
We are glad to be moving on and would strongly warn anyone considering signing up with them to think very carefully before doing so.

Outstanding manager

Michelle Clargo, the senior property manager at Warwick Estates is outstanding in her work ethic. She responds promptly and fully to any questions. Dare I say it she is a one off in the world where people don’t bother to reply or fob you off. An absolute credit to Warwick Estates.

Warwick Estates: Excellent customer service & support

Went online and chatted to Nadia with a few questions. She was extremely helpful and not to mention very courteous and patient, and guided me through everything I needed to do. Excellent customer service and support, very impressed - a lot of companies could learn from this!
