Warwick Estates: Excellent customer service & support

Went online and chatted to Nadia with a few questions. She was extremely helpful and not to mention very courteous and patient, and guided me through everything I needed to do. Excellent customer service and support, very impressed - a lot of companies could learn from this!

Dylan’s reply was dignifying

Dylan’s reply was dignifying, kind, understanding & left me feeling a valued human being. It was not patronising in any way. Dylan I am so grateful to you.
Your reply reminds me of my late husband, Peter, who was a highly gifted, respected, sought after, charity accountant. As treasurer of a large national charity, he always strove to present the accounts at an AGM, in such a way that ordinary people could understand & they did. He was thanked by CEO’s because they understood the accounts for the first time at an AGM. Like Dylan he treated them with dignity & respect. In other words - as equals.

A management company without doing any management

It is a pain to have Warwick to manage the estate. A few complaints about the illegal parking outside of my house have been raised since 2023, and the situation is only getting worse and worse during this 3 year period.
It’s an absolute nightmare when trying to get out and in of my own driveway.

The main reason is NO action ever taken to stop the illegal parking.

Think twice before using this ‘management’ company because they are only reachable when they need you to response but not vice vera.
