Wach arrived in good time and is exactly as described. However the seller failed to alter the bracelet as requested and as featured on the website. Will now have to find a jewellery to do this at extra cost.

Avoid at all costs
Ordered on 07/12, with a promised delivery date of 18/12 and the expectation that it would arrive in time for Christmas. It didn’t arrive, so I got into contact with the customer service team, who said it would arrive with ‘a slight delay’ but would not arrive in time for Christmas. This was a Christmas gift, so had to let the person down but promised them it would arrive after Christmas (having been reassured it would by the customer service team). It still hadn’t arrived by 30/12, so I got into contact with them again, to then be told they ‘never received the watch so couldn’t send it’. No communication with me until I contacted them. Avoid at all costs. Complete waste of time and money.

Had a great experience buying a Seiko watch from them. I paid a deposit over the phone. I Didn't want postal delivery, so the next day travelled to their retail shop in Milton Keynes thinking that's where the watch was. Turns out it was being held for me in their head office. I thought I'd had a wasted journey untill they told me the office was only 10 minutes away. Turned up there and they were very welcoming. I got the impression that this is a business that cares about their customers. I'd definitely buy from them again. 10/10

Genuine Fossil watch strap replacement
I had a watch that was bought for me as a gift fifteen years ago, and the strap had broken.
The model was now obsolete, and I was searching for an alternative.
This company came up as having the original strap available, as new old stock. The strap was now cheap, but neither was it overpriced, assuming it was a genuine Fossil strap.
From ordering through to delivery the process was simple, and on arrival it was clear this was a genuine Fossil strap. Well worth it to continue wearing a watch I was given for a special birthday
