Unsatisfied and it feels like a scam

I am completely unsatisfied with my experience with Watcharmband Shop, and at this point it genuinely feels like a scam. I ordered a watch strap two weeks ago and have never received it. Every time I check the DHL tracking link, the status has remained “En route or awaiting approval” for ten days without any change.
I have tried to contact the company twice, once through the messaging service on their website and once by emailing them directly, but I have not received any response. I am requesting an immediate refund. I also expect a detailed explanation for the missing delivery and the absence of any response to my previous messages.
