So far so good

So far so good, little disappointed, No brochure or any literature, okay yes one can read online but am old school I'd like something to read as and when I want not having to search on line all the time.

A professional service

A professional service
Mark, the chap who rang us to confirm & take the deposit was very professional yet had a friendly & kind attitude. He gave us information & advice that was clear & easy to understand and did not use jargon. I felt very comfortable confirming the booking and giving him my credit card details.

Undecided costumer

I booked on the Sunday but by the Monday I had changed my mind about which boat I wanted and the staff were very obliging and changed that for me ,no problem.
