Scam company, had to claim back money on card. Item never arrived, stopped hearing from them via email. Avoid at all costs. Not sure how their website is still running.

I agree with everything that has been said. Con artists do not touch. You will not receive your goods. they should receive no stars...

I personally would give them no stars as utter con, placed order 1 month ago and not received it, i am going back to my credit card to get a refund, avoid them like the plague

This company is a scam. DO NOT Buy from this company. I also ordered a cholesterol test kit.
I had to give 1 star to leave review. this company doesn't exist, I have reported to trading standard.

This company is a scam do not order anything from it I ordered a cholesterol machine on the 29 January 2024 once paid I recieved a email confirmation saying my shipping number would follow once the product had been sent after two weeks I'd heard nothing so I emailed them again they came back saying they would look into it I waited another week then contacted then again this time they emailed saying the product had been shipped and the shipping number would follow shortly but again nothing mertirilized by this time it was 4 weeks and nothing I tried the phone number on there website and went straight through to some sort on voice mail so I emailed them once more asking for a full refund and I've hered nothing since it's now 5 March and I've had no shipping number so please leave well alone or you will loose your money.

I ordered a cholesterol kit on january 29th from Waywast but as of today 5th March 202 it has not arrived. I have emailed them numerous times and have been told it was originally out of stock then they said it was in stock and will be send out with tracking details later but nothing has materialised. I am annoyed with myself for not checking them out . DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Ordered a cholesterol self-test kit on 3rd January. Three weeks later, having not received it, tracked the parcel to find it was supposedly being 'delivered' by Evri. Numerous emails since and not a peep out of them. SCAM.

Sadly like all the other reviews this company appears to be a scam. They advertise as London based, this company does not exist the phone number is bogus. 5 weeks on still no order received 3 in 1 glucose/cholesterol/uric acid test kit. Do not buy from them.

This is a fake company. The telephone number does not exist. The email is not working. I lost my money. I am going to report this fake company to the UK authorities.

Awful delivery of a pregnancy pillow. They say it's out of stock but you're still able to buy on the website. Now they've stopped responding to my emails.

Same old story as other people had said.They just replied saying it is out of stock.I tried to contact them on their customer number but the contact number is fake and the line is dead.Emailed them twice already about my order and delivery but no response.Total scam.Avoid at all cost.Luckily i paid by credit card and the credit card company confirmed that I am covered by the consumer credit card payment protection and will get my money back after 30 days.
So please stay well clear of this scam company and I sincerely hope the trading standard will do something closing down this scam company urgently.I wish I can give zero star on trust pilot but unfortunately trustpilot only allows a minimum star of one.

Ordered a cholesterol check machine 29.1.24, no confirmation email!. I have emailed them twice not had a reply. They are not answering the telephone. THIS IS A SCAM 😡

Literally just had an email from them saying they were awaiting stock and will let me know when it is being shipped! So why no confirmation email or replies to my previous emails? We will see.

26th February and still chasing for my cholesterol Kit, or a refund. They are now ignoring my emails. Stay away from this company, they are a bunch of scammers

I wished I had read the reviews on here first because I purchased a cholesterol tester which took ages to arrive when it arrived. It the actual testers were open when I wrote away Support their response was it has to be opened because it’s going through customs. I was not made aware of this at the time of ordering otherwise I wouldn’t have ordered it. The testes have to be sterile so they give you the true reading. I wrote back to them to say I don’t want the item I’d like to return it and get my money back but I haven’t heard anything from him since do not use them. They are a scam they don’t keep their word. The phone number on their website does not exist I should’ve known as soon as I saw that but I fell for it. Please do not buy from them and friends not too as well as relatives

Don't buy from these guys!! Scam! I felt something was weird when I didn't receive a confirmation email with the order number, nothing had arrived in the post and judging from the other reviews here, I'm not the only one. I have reported them to citizen advice, the consumer department online.

Fake products - what you get is a cheap Chinese knock off. DONT BUY.

Do not buy from this company! The products listed on the site are a misrepresentation of what actually arrives and are quite clearly a knockoff copy. Since requesting a full refund I have received no reply. A complete scam.
