Just a real seedy operation

Paid retail price for what I thought was a branded item only to receive a cheap looking fake.

Still waiting on my refund that they promised me nearly 2 weeks ago.

Avoid this company at all costs.

There was no intention that this vendor was going to honour the sale. There was no info on the sale confirmation and no invoice/ bill of sale. My bank refunded me even though it was a debit card purchase. I don't understand why they are still able to run this scam. You would think the bank would shut it down.

Don't buy from this company totally scam they don't ansar phone number is unveiled totally frustrated

I ordered a cholesterol monitor and the strips at the end of July 2023. I did not see the negative reviews, and sometimes negative views are as bad as the fake positive ones, as competitors equally leave bad reviews to discredit the opposition. So can reviews really be trusted anymore? Plus I like to give people the benefit of the doubt. As of this date, the 14th of August, I have yet to receive the item. I will update my review upon receipt of the item and whether it works or not. X

I received the Cholesterol monitor last week. The packaging was slightly damaged on one side and had an overall feeling of being old or being squashed on a shelf, this may or not have been the company's fault, it may be to do with their warehousing company or delivery company.
Tried on several occasions to verify the monitor was accurate or reasonably so...but sadly not. Which is a shame, plus I used most of the 20 test strips trying. I sent an email today the 21 of Aug 23 concerning the matter and asked for a refund.

The plot awaits...

Received a notification from the email delivery postmaster at 8.59 am today the 21. Aug 23...

I joined their mailing list again and verified the email address was working I communicated with a 'Michelle' and told her of my troubles.

To date Friday 22nd of September 2023 I have yet to hear 😀

I placed an order and received no confirmation email which raised my suspicion. I contacted my bank within 3 hours and got a refund as scam Company

Brought a Cholesterol monitor but it was faulty. Reached out to Michelle in April and said ‘Another item will be shipped to you to your address. I will provide you with the tracking number when I receive it from the factory’ but have not heard from her since then. Please do not order anything from this company.

What an absolute scam! My Cholesterol monitor was faulty from day 1. I reached out to "Michelle" and the contact on their website and you cannot email them. Their number on the website doesn't exist either. SCAM SCAM SCAM AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!! What a waste of money! I should have known better!!!

As with all other reviews, i never had any response from the company. Their email address does not seem to exist. Nor their phone number. My chlosteral kit machine would not come on, all it did was get hot i took out the batteries which were so hot almost burnt my fingers. Do not order anything from this company.

Sell the product they advertise
I ordered a cholesterol test machine. I received it nearly 3 weeks after I ordered it, even though it was supposed to be in stock. When it arrived it was a cheap copy of what they advertised. The security tag was broken which suggests it has been opened. This is a medical device, how can I trust too use it after its been opened.

If it was up to me i would give 0 stars
Product was horrendous and cheap. Told me i would get a refund i am still waiting after weeks.

The Log splitter finally arrived 5 weeks late FROM CHINA!!, they claim to ship 1 2 days, it was a present for my son, he tried to split the first log and the useless piece of kit just bent!! it is constructed with soft steel and they had made no attempt to harden it, consequently the splitter just folded up, everything you read on the WAYWAST home page is a lie, Waywast have been sent photos of the bent splitter, so far no reply

Buyer Beware.

Be very careful of using this company. Product doesn't arrive and repeated requests for a refund are ignored. It all began with them saying there was a high demand for their product and it was out of stock.

My experience is the same as others who’ve also warned about this firm.

You have been warned, it's frustrating to lose money on the internet. It’s a scam.

Scam company - please don't fall for it! Company looks to be based I London, however items are shipped from China. Delivery date came and passed, when I chased it they said that the parcel was being delivered that day. No parcel was delivered, they are saying it was and now they aren't responding now that I have requested a refund. Should have looked into the company further before making the purchase - don't fall into the same trap!

Do not use this company (Waywast) or this product, they are not what they appear, their prouct is poor and they will not refund you.

I ordered this cholesterol test kit to keep my own eye on my cholesterol level.
First up the Company is misleading on it's website. They appear to be based in London - wrong - their products are from China, the London address is a residential address.
When the item arrived a couple of weeks after ordering, the instructions were in Chinese, we worked it out from the video on their website. It did not give an accurate reading. The reading was 50% higher than that from my GP two weeks earlier !!!
We requested instructions in English which were promised, but never sent.
I have tried to get a refund using the process stated on their website. They initially ignored my request for a refund and return label. They then ignored registered mail letters requesting the refund and return label. Eventually we got an email after a month stating the refund would be processed. This was clearly from someone in France as the date and time were in French!!!

Seven weeks and many emails chasing this later, no further progress.

Avoid this company!!
