Great professional service received following our recent commercial unit purchase

I cannot recommend highly enough.
Ben was amazing from day one, answering my email within hours sometimes minutes. Reassuring and constructive. He really did make what was a difficult process as seamless as it could have been.We have moved several times and I have never experienced a solicitor so constant and helpful. Buying and selling a property
They were very friendly as well as very professional. I hadn't moved for 20 years and they informed me of all the steps and what would happen. We communicated mostly by email and phone which I found ideal. The chain was quite long with many delays but they kept me updated and supported me all the way.

Stress free house purchase and selling!
House purchase and selling are always stressful times with deadlines to be met and information to be gathered to meet those deadlines. A good solicitor helps to make the process run smoothly and quickly. My solicitor, Marie Moore, if unavailable when I ring, always gets back to me promptly. Emails are answered promptly and her thoroughness going through paperwork is exemplary. She is friendly, professional and competent. I have used WBW on more than 6 occasions and have been very happy with the service they provide. The reception staff are also a credit to the WBW team.
Although I have moved several counties away I will continue to call on their expertise.
