Very satisfying service. I found the website very easy to use and all my questions were answered within the pages. The website stated 2 to 3 day delivery, but my goods turned up the next day.

We ordered our goods on 18th January 2016 as a bit of a distress purchase after being let down massively by a well known company. The delivery arrived on 21st January more than in time for our planned bathroom works to commence. We had good email communication and the goods came well packed on a pallet. The bathroom has ben completed a few days now and all the products we bought look fantastic and have a good solid feel about them. Thanks for the great service and we will be using you again. Its a Fraud, takes money but no goods

I've ordered some goods, but had received nothing although money was taken. no not ignore this message so you don't fall in the same trap. DO NOT TRUST THE FIVE STAR REVIEWS ITS ALL FAKE!!! stay far away don't ever buy from this company. if you do, you will regret this....

I'm very happy with the service I received from this company.
From personal experience I know ordering online and getting stuff delivered around a busy work life and getting bulky items into our home can be a real pain and generally something always goes wrong. On the this occasion everything went perfect from ordering to the installation of our spa bath and shower enclosure. I will not hesitate to use these again and recommend them to any of my friends.

I used WD Bathrooms to provide a shower screen, they sent the wrong item, Customer service is only contactable via Nationwide Bathrooms (the holding Co) and only via e-mail. They refuse to admit sending the wrong item despite photo evidence , they did at one stage try to tell me the item I wanted was no longer manufactured. So I spoke to the manufacturers, who do still make it (I found 3 suppliers that sold it at a cheaper price ). I have had no response now to any attempts to contact NW Bathrooms, I have had to open a Barclaycard dispute case to stand any chance of getting my money back.

Bought cast shower tray and enclosure from WD bathrooms only to find first shower tray damaged (chipped). It took another seven days to get replacement. Upon opening the shower enclosure from the packaging it was evident that the units had been dropped on their corners and the aluminium trim was distorted and damaged. Replacement shower tray had been left in a yard somewhere, water and mud ingress through the "sealed" polythene.
WD bathrooms need to seriously look at the product packaging. Their deliveries are delivered by their own crew (typically one guy). These products are a two man lift, I am not surprised that damage is occurring. I bought from this company three years ago with no problems. Don't think I will buy from them again, very very poor...........

Looked at a few different websites, but these were one of the cheapest I could find and they definitely offer value for money.
Very polite & helpful staff when I rang with a handful of questions.
Quick delivery, ordered & paid on a Friday, delivered on Tuesday.
Very happy with my purchase & it looks great in my new bathroom. Would recommend them at the drop of a hat.

I have recently purchased new bathroom equipment form this company and can report nothing but a good experience.
The delivery of the goods wasn’t required by me for a few weeks and everything arrived perfectly on time.
Their price was good and the email contact was polite and informative.
All the products are now fitted and look brilliant.
My plumber did great job and now I have a wonderful looking new bathroom and the price has worked out a lot less than I originally thought.

I recently purchased a Minimalist shower enclosure and shower pack. The customer service I received was excellent and the shower was delivered on time. The shower has now been installed and I am very impressed, especially as the price I paid was a lot cheaper than I had seen elsewhere. I would wholeheartedly recommend WDBathrooms to anyone looking for good quality products at very competitive prices.

I have used wdbathrooms a handful of times and as with my other orders all products we top notch and delivered to me on time.
Their prices are very competitive and their website very informative and easy to use all interaction with them has been straight forward and I have always been left satisfied.

Had a few issues with another online bathroom supplier so ended up cancelling my order. I had looked at this website before, but just forgot to look over it again. A few emails and a phone call later and my new bathroom was on order again. I was told around 5-7 days for delivery, but received it in 3! Great service, great prices and a fast turn around!

I was recommended wdbathrooms by my plumber who told me they offer good value for money compared with the local and chain stores that do similar products.
Well I can confirm we received fantastic products, far better than I ever imagined I would getting for the money!
The we service was awesome and I was kept up to date with the status of my order. The delivery was seamless and could not be faulted at all.
If only other companies I have bought from in the past were half as good!!
I would recommend this company and will definitely use them again for future projects we have planned.

HAD A COUPLE OF SHOWER ENCLOSURES, TRAY AND SHOWERS FROM THESE GUYS FOR MY B&B. I WAS RECOMMENDED BY A FELLOW HOTELIER WHO I BELIVE HAVE USED THESE GUYS A HANDFUL OF TIME IN THE PAST. DELIVERY WAS REASONABLE QUICK AND PAINLESS UNLIKE OTHER DELIVERIES I'VE HAD OF LATE. THE PRODUCTS ARE VERY GOOD QUALITY AND A FRACTION OF A COST I WAS QUOTED AT SO CALLED TRADE PRICES AT MY LOCAL PLUMBING MERCHANT. THE FACELIFT OF THE FIRST TWO ROOMS HAS RECEIVED POSITIVE FEEDBACK FROM GUESTS AND I HAVE EVEN PASSED THE'RE DETAILS ON. FULL MARKS GUYS & I WILL BE BACK AGAIN.

I have used WD Bathrooms several times over the last 5-7 years and have had dealings with many different staff members. It is my understanding that the company has changed in the last year, but this does not seem to have affected the great value for money offered. I have always asked any questions via email before ordering online and find their knowledge second to none. After reading some other reviews I was a little apprehensive, but any issues that they may have had seem to have been ironed out and I can report all was good for me. My order came in around a week (much sooner than I actually needed it) and as I move onto my next property I won't hesitate to us them again.

I bought a shower a couple of years ago from WD Bathrooms, which came with a 10 year guarantee. I recently had a fault with a shower hose which I contacted their customer services about, only to be told that the company was bought by Galcao Ltd so they cannot replace any of my order because I bought it before 2014.

Galcao bought the company and so bought any guarantees related to it. This is poor conduct and I recommend people to avoid it.

Placed an order on the 15 October via Credit Card. First they charged an extortionate £20 for postage! Please bare in mind I only placed an order for small Bathroom Accessories so why charge such an amount?!?! £20.00 for postage should be next day delivery! Anyways the parcel should have been delivered with 3-5 Working days but it did not. A week later I contacted them and the chap informed me it should have been delivered with a few days. Then I was told they were out of stock so it would take another week or so for delivery. come the 28th of October, I waited and the parcel still did not arrive. I contacted customer service and kindly asked to cancel the order and issue a full refund but the rude lady told me it would take up to 30 working days? (Why would a refund take 30 days?!?!) I questioned this and but she then put the phone down abruptly! How rude! Thankfully I paid by Credit Card, so i called up the company and issued a chargeback. Moral of the story, if you use this company..please use your credit card!

Please note this company seems to be in some sort of difficulty. I have used them a number of times in the past and received delivery within 5 days. But I placed an order 25 days ago which still has not been delivered, and they been very slow to respond to any queries.

I am now contacting trading standard's and solicitors.....
