My new front door from We Do Doors
Firstly very happy with phone order service,The order was placed and everything that l required was checked so that l was satisfied.
Adrian was allocated as the fitter within my area,He arranged a visit to take measurements and relayed them to We Do Doors for manufacturing process to begin,
After the manufacture he arranged for the next process
Fitting of my new door he arrived on the day and time arranged.
Given that after making a start the heavens opened and it poured down with rain Adrian kept on going nevertheless and finished the installation,
The finish and looks are so good l am so pleased l would defiantly recommend We Do Doors to anyone that would

Shocking Fitting and Poor Customer Experience
Ordered a Front door which was fitted so poorly you could see daylight through it. The silicone was untidy and had clear gaps in where it has been smeared on. The mitre on the corner trims were so poorly cut they didn't meet in the middle.
During the purchasing process everything is an up sell. Want a letterbox? That'll cost you more. 1 Colour all over - yep, that'll cost you more. Want to make a complaint? Don't worry, they don't have a complaints department!

When you contacted us shortly after your door was installed to report some areas of dissatisfaction, your project coordinator acted immediately to resolve this. A remedial appointment is in place.
If additional items such as letterboxes or superior colours are selected during your purchase, this will naturally increase the cost. There is never any pressure to select additional items.
All complaints are always treated with professionalism and urgency, which is why you were transferred straight through to a department manager when you called us.

Amazing from start to finish
From start to finish, process was very easy and professional, I created my door online and received a call straight after from the sales team, the person I spoke to was Lisa, she was fantastic knew her stuff and brought me up to speed quickly! We confirmed my door, sent me payment process after that was done, emails came through and updated me through the process. The door fitter was called John was amazing, professional and kind person! His craftsmanship was outstanding, left my house like nothing had been touched! Would highly recommend him for all the fits (honestly). Great service and fabulous product.

New front door
When we originally enquired, we already had a pretty good idea from the website of the door and options we wanted - being able to build and visualise it online was really helpful; great website.
The sales dept then went through all the details very thoroughly and explained the whole order and installation process, so we knew exactly what to expect, all of which turned out spot on. And we never felt pressured - even being told we wouldn't need to pay the balance until a few days after fitting to make sure we were satisfied, was reassuring.
The project manager kept us informed with the process as the door was being manufactured, and the fitter, got in touch as soon as things were ready.
The installation process was great - the fitters were punctual on the agreed date, and fitted the new door in super-quick time. They took away the old door and left everything clean, neat and tidy for us.
The quality of the door is excellent - it has certainly enhanced the appearance of our home, and feels really secure and sturdy.
Overall great value for money, and a smooth process from start to finish; a great team effort!
We would certainly recommend 'We Do Doors' to anyone who wants a new door!

This particular door I’ve bought this time is beautiful and my favourite. There great pre contact communication, step by step payment, and the last payment only when you’re happy. Multi locking and approved construction with highest grade insurance locks, spy holes, thumb turns for quick exit by order. Fantastic
