My 2nd interaction with the support team was ON SPOT!!! They helped me with every step, answering all the time and tell me evrything i needed to know. Since my gun broke I had to send it back to them which took a while but is none of their fault ( international shipping is bad when you do it from Romania). As soon as the gun arrived, they started fixing it. They teach me with videos on what the problem could have been and showed me what i might have done wrong with it which helps a lot when you are pretty new to this,but because there was a different problem to it they sent me a new one which works better than ever! Really great team and i would like to thank them a lot for all the help and time they spent talking to me! Thanks a lot mr Brandy and the team!

The shop has many interesting items. Being in France, I can't always find what I need. I contacted the team via the Facebook page for help decorating the outfit and Brandy contacted me and answered my questions with screenshots and advice on the best placement for each item. This store has quality products, fast delivery and excellent service, my parcel arrived after 8 days in Greece with GLS but unfortunately the local courier ACS company delayed another 10 days to bring the parcel to Athens
