Always fast delivery, excellent customer service and nice products, even hard to find ones. Also the prices are among the best i have found so far. I think of the shop as one of my favorite, recommending it to friends.
I have so far only good experiences made with weapon762 and will keep on ordering here.

A few friends of mine recommended me Weapon762 online shop.
I found they got plenty of really good stuff on a fair price for some branded airsoft items. It could be the only shop in EU for some camo equipment what I am looking for. And they often do discount sales as well.

I ordered some items for my tactical camo in November 2021 when Weapon762 on sale.
They give free delivery in EU if order over 100euro when on sales. It's fairly bargain. But unfortunately, the only option of free delivery courier is GLS. GLS supposed a very good company in Germany.
But unfortunately, in Ireland, it is a kinda crap courier. GLS-Ireland only got star 3.4 of 5 on Trustpilot. More than 60% of customers only gave GLS-Ireland 1 star of 5. I was worried about GLS-Ireland service based on my previous experience. But I still bet my luck at that moment when making the order to be honest.
Weapon762 sent my package very fast after received my order. The package took 7days to Ireland. But spent 3 days in the warehouse of GLS-Ireland. And then it disappeared. Don't be surprised, the package had really been disappeared forever. Then GLS-Ireland marked 'delivered' with fake signature on my name.
Fortunately, I got very high-quality surveillance cameras around my house 24h/7d/365d on watching. I proved my evidence of GLS-Ireland lying delivery time to Weapon762. Weapon762 responsed very quickly for my emails, to compare GLS-Ireland very slowly. The GLS-Ireland required Weapon762 filling some forms and Weapon762 had done.
But after 3 months, I still did not get any results and reports from GLS-Ireland.
So I emailed this situation to Weapon762. It looks Weapon762 did not received response from GLS-Ireland either.
Weapon762 replied me very quickly. And they even sent a staff Brandy to chat with me on whattap. This is really handy by well technology. Brandy looks a very good understanding person. Speaking directly to the points, responding fast. After I talked with Brandy and showed all evidence as they asked. Brandy said their boss had confirmed my order for a refund. I really appreciate for this. I will definitely continue to reorder from Weapon762 again.
My suggestion if you are from Ireland and have to use GLS-Ireland service, better keep watching for your package and collect evidence incase, and ask Weapon762 for help if you got troubles with GLS-Ireland. Weapon762 have great customer service and they might also have some evidence for you. Otherwise, choosing other reputable couriers for sure.

I am waiting for the refund now. I will certainly reorder from Weapon762, and I will keep you informed for further information here.

I made an order, and within minutes I got a call and message from Brandy from Weapon762, warning me that the situation in my country - regarding the Customs in Bosnia, is making it very difficult to do business, in other words - the customs recently are returning all the shippments back to Spain... So he helped me figure out another way to get my package, and was very friendly, polite, patient, and quick to deal with the situation !
