Excellent work again!

Rhino put a new boiler in for us in our flat 2 years ago. They were so good we asked them to come back to put a new boiler in our new house. Again, the work was carried out to a very high standard. Everyone was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Everything was done when we were told it would be done, at a cost less than half quoted by British Gas! As soon as we decide on a new gas fire they will be invited back to install it. I would not hesitate to recommend this company, and am happy we have someone we can rely on in future. Keep up the good work!

Excellent Service

When we started looking into getting a new boiler for our flat, we shopped around and obtained a number of quotes from different suppliers but meeting Stephen from Rhino was different. From the moment he walked through the door he made us feel completely at ease. He explained all our options in layman terms so we completely understood.

They offer a complete service all under the quoted price. This was a huge factor for us when we were deciding who to go with. With Rhino we knew that if any remedial works were required, Rhino would send trademen to undertake these works all under our initial quote.

The turnaround was quick. From accepting the quote we were 3 weeks to installation. The boys arrived promptly and were very professional and polite. I felt comfortable to return to work and leave the boys to work in my home. On completion they called and when I returned home they had cleaned up completely after themselves!

The engineer explained to me how the install went and took time to show me how our thermostat worked and how to set the programmes. He also went through the remedial works that were required and explained that tradesmen would be sent to take care of this work.

The tradesmen sent accommodated my working hours, coming at night to undertake the work.

All and all the service and aftercare I have received to date has been second to none and I could not recommend Rhino enough.

Fantastic service from start to finish

Steven and his team were fantastic old boiler out new boiler in all in one day tidy and clean workers I would recommend them to any customer looking to purchase a boiler so glad I picked Rhino to install my boiler thanks again Rhino for your professional work

Excellent Service

From beginning to end, all the people involved in replacing our boiler have been first class. We had our old boiler removed and new one replaced in one day, the workman very polite, friendly and tidy. A week after installation we discovered a leak from a bath pipe through to our kitchen ceiling, within 24hrs Rhino had someone out to fix the problem, which incidentally was not due to their workmanship but just an unfortunate coincidence. I have already recommended the company to numerous people, super service!

Would recommend this company to anyone

Top Class Company

Had my boiler kitchen and bathroom fitted by Rhino, all jobs ran perfectly and on time. Very professional company from all aspects. Engineer arrived on time and left no mess behind. Would strongly recommend to anyone looking for either a boiler kitchen or bathroom. Thanks Rhino

New boiler

We came home from a break away to no heating or hot water on a Monday. After various quotes we went with Rhino. They came out the Wednesday new boiler fitted on the Friday! Great service! John, the heating engineer arrived on time and was tidy.

Masters of boiler fitters.

If boiler fitters where Jedi, these guys would be masters.

Very easy and pleasant to deal with.

I first got Rhino to fit my boiler and I was so pleased with the workmanship I pulled another company off the project and gave Rhino the task of completing the rest of the work.

I personally work in the public sector and will be adding RHINO to our preferred suppliers list.

Well done and thank you.

Horrendous experience

Failed to install kitchen, bathroom and boiler on time, completion finished by another contractor 2 months later.
Failed to provide Gas Safe Registered licence number for plumber who connected gas hob on request when concerns were raised on the type of fitting whilst unsupervised. Had to raise complaints on every aspect of work.
Left property insecure.
Damage caused to carpets from ill care and leaking radiator. Bathroom floor destroyed due to leaking toilet (not discovered until it soaked up through layers of flooring left in place after 1 month of leaking).
Poor project management, failed to communicate throughout project and failed to fulfill promises. Did not deliver all aspects of contract and some aspects remain un-delivered and others substandard.

Dear Rhino. It is not slander if it is true. Please do not deceive people with false statements. You are aware the Consumer Ombudsman and Gas Safe Register are investigating you for poor quality and lack of professionalism on our job after you failed to deliver after months of requests. It is not the case that we could not be pleased...who would be with a brand new boiler needed to be reported for leaking four separate times, damages and lack of honest communications! We have never posted additional reviews or under false names, but again you accuse us without cause. You simply demonstrate your low level of professionalism with your response.

everything we do. Sometimes problems can occur, we would be silly not expect some issues given the volume and variety

of work our business carries out. However if we do run into problems, we hold our hands up, face the issues head on and

look to rectify any concerns quickly and professionally. We tried to do this on several occasions with you but unfortunately

we could never please your requests.

It is with great regret that we have not been able come to a resolution and that it took a Solicitors letter from us to you in

order to get a response regarding outstanding payment. It was after this letter that you decided to leave reviews on several

sites and indeed tried to create one other review under a false name which thankfully has been investigated and removed.

You are entitled to leave any comments which you have done, however we would appreciate that they were accurate, as

many of your points here are not, some verging on slander.

We are an honest family run business with good values employing local staff and taking on apprentices. I hope this poor

review proves to our customers that we are completely at the mercy of customer feedback. Any customer can leave a

review at any time, hopefully this gives our many, many other excellent reviews more credibility. We always try our very

best and keep customer satisfaction, quality workmanship at the heart of our business. This will never change.

Brilliant service

Rhino's full team are outstanding. Martin one of owners came over to give a quote and was the best by far of all the companies that gave offers. The quote was the cheaper than all the other companies and the service with everything included was brilliant. The engineers, joiner and plasterer were skilled and pleasant. I Would recommend Rhino to everyone.

New boiler fitted

Everything went fine, I got a new boiler fitted and was quite happy so used Rhino again for another boiler going into a rental property. There was a couple of things needed adjusted there but this was sorted out a couple of days later.

Efficient & Friendly Family Business

Rhino did the job they said they would at the price quoted, when they said they would do it. Martin prepared the quote with several options, as requested to enable me to make an informed decision. He also recommended that I check previous reviews to see what customers say about the firm. The engineer, John, arrived slightly later than planned on the day due to unforeseen circumstances. I was kept informed of the delay. John stayed until the job was complete to ensure we had hot water and heating even though it was a Friday. He returned the next day to finish the clean up and talk through using the system. I also feel confident that I can call Rhino if I anything goes wrong. All inn all I am very satisfied with the service and the work done. Thanks Rhino.

Rated five stars and worth everyone of them

This company unlike others I have dealt with remains committed to its contract with you. Competitive pricing, the work carried out by professional and knowledgeable staff. Materials were exactly those ordered and of good quality. The work was carried out well within the agreed timetable and without major disruption. Finishing work and clean up was excellent. This really pleased my wife. I would not say no to Rhino.
