Highly recommended because… over the years that I have been with WebcreationUS I have done 5 different websites for my wife and my different businesses and there will be “one more” on the way about 2-3 months.
I have been doing my hosting and SEO with them as well. Their uptime for me has been 99% of the time because I have gone with their highest package. I have dealt with Luke, Herizon, John, Chai, Liza, Chris and many more every months/years. They are extremely responsive, Curtis, helpful, and they give their 110% to do it right the first time if not keep at it with great positive altitude till it is to my satisfaction. Their ticket system is the state of the art and extreamly effective.
I am not an easy person to deal with and I am extremely picky but no problem with this company and their staff. They have lots of patience and are very helpful to recommend what benefits me the most and as a client they put me first (Love it since I am type A personality.
I never met Luke the owner in person, but he must be very knowledgeable and professional and great leader to gather and manage a team and company like this caliber, and I believe he deserves a lot more business and the only regrat that I have is not being able to give his company more work every single day. This review has been long over due.
I have reffered others and continue doing so only because of the resons above. They are extreamly fair with prices and packages and quality of the work is beyond and above the prices they charge. That is very smart because competition would never have a chance to compete with a gient like this company. I guess they want to keep the clients for life, obviously they have kept me all these years.
As a refrence I make myself available to anyone who may have questions about this company. Sorry I can’t post my phone number or websites here since it may be against platform where this review is being posted BUT you can always ask for Faramand and let webcreations dirct you to my number and I be more than happy to share with you my websites and answer any of your questions. We have been trying to access our cpanel for two weeks. Their support has been unable to provide access. Their server is running PHP 5 and we are unable to update our site as a result. We also have been refused access to our DNS as well. Will be transferring to a reputable company ASAP.

We have been long term members and our emails have never worked. When we ask for assistance, they do not provide answers to our questions, they stall. Do not choose this service if you are not okay with being left helpless by a support team. This company will have you pay a lot of money for products and service that are mediocre.
