Webroot Secure VPN is VERY intrusive
Webroot Secure VPN is VERY intrusive. If we stop using our PC for 15-30 minutes to do other life things and come back to the PC we effectively lose our connection and very often have to re-start the computer to be able to use it again. Disconnecting and re-connecting Webroot Secure VPN does not solve the problem. Furthermore there are other websites that just will not work with Webroot Secure VPN. We want VPN security, but not with such a high inconvenience quotient. We thought it would be much more transparent to the user in this regard. Unfortunately, we are very disappointed with Webroot Secure VPN..

The service gets disconnected from the device very often and made me log in back every time. This has improved a bit in the new version.
There was a new version of the VPN and at a better price and I was not proactively informed but the renewal process was taking me to the older more expensive version.
