I had a phone conversation with a Webroot Rep. several years ago. He patiently listens to my rant about the stressful changes that the rapid changes in technology put on senior who are not computer literate. Having used McAfee, and one other who's name I forget (Semantic?) , Webroot has been the least troublesome protection app to maintain the functioning operation of our home computing.
