Not the hotel we booked
We were not placed in the hotel we booked. We booked at the Grand Hotel du Luxembourg but when we arrived, we were instead placed in a different hotel- the Hotel de Brunville- because of what they called a "plumbing problem". This is a far inferior hotel - as is shown by the poor ratings it receives in Trip Advisor - which is why we booked at the Hotel du Luxembourg. If the Brunville were as nice, we would not object to the switch, but the hotel where we were placed was dirty and run down.
We will not be willing to use your service if you cannot guarantee that we will receive a room in the hotel for which we have guaranteed payment.
