I made the booking, when we arrived to the hotel (Hotel Ibis Aachen Raeren Grenze) it
was overbooked! Receptionist was unprofessional and wanted to send us away without helping! Weekenddesk is working till 19 pm, so we couldn’t call! Later on with the review link, they reacted all in French 🤦🏼♀️🤦🏼♀️
They didn’t want to publish the review and asking me to amend it! I would never book anything from there again!
As reply to given comment: You should close the rooms to sell, in case overbooking! And there can’t be any excuse for it! The compensation you mentioned is 10 Euro, if I would make another booking, no thanks 😅😅

Worthless. Just received an email that my reservation had been cancelled. This morning an email that they would take the amount via AIma from my account. Later today an email that everything was cancelled. Fun part I did not cancel anything myself and had to find myself a more expensive option. Never again.

They were to find a great deal for me where it was almost double the price on other sites. Highly recommended.
The hotel itself is such a great old lady of 5 stars, the Astrid Blu Radisson is also the place to stay in Antwerpen.
