Easy online ordering with 2 hour window of delivery.

In these times it’s hard enough trying to navigate ...not our usual everyday routines much less going to a public store without worry.. These past 8 months I have .. like everyone else get most things delivered.the services are all good ..Whole Foods...Walmart.. but .. my last couple of transactions at Wegmans/ instacart has been exceptional.. they follow delivery instructions and keep you updated throughout the process..

Like the store; hate the crowds. I suppose that’s a good place to be for any company.

Due to your policy of allowing people without masks to shop in your store I will never shop at Wegmans again. No other store in this area is so wish-washy about protecting their employees.

Thank you Wegmans pharmacy for saving my husband. Long story short, our local CVS pharmacy messed up royally, didn't stock his monthly meds and just told us to call other pharmacies. We did. 16 of them! Only Wegmans helped us, rush ordering the meds for next day, helping us with backup plans for the night without meds, and doing all this 15 min before closing. Seriously, you rock!

Thank God for Wegmans, they basically fed the entire country under Covid. The only complaint I have is that sometimes non Wegmans brand offerings are very limited. So you will have a choice of one or two other brands and the Wegmans's. I am more interested in shopping for my normal national brands, than their products.

We have always loved their baked goods like the sour dough baguette, New York poppy seed bulky rolls, small French bread rolls. It really frustrates me that more of their fantastic sandwich rolls, breads, cakes, and pastries, are not offered online, especially as it's nearly impossible to find decent bread via Instacart. The pickings are very slim. They would have the market cornered if they did. So dearly wish they would institute having the full in store bakery items available via insta cart, and offer more seafood choices like swordfish, flounder, sole, cod, tuna, steamers, echo-ok rated mahi-mahi more frequently.

I wish that the fall back setting on the Insta cart website was "no substitution" and that you could click to allow and choose an item substitution from that setting on every item. It's really annoying going through a long line of groceries and having to click no substitution over and over. Half the time I can't recall what I switched to no substitution and have to go back and review the list to make sure I have not missed anything. Why can't there be a setting that one clicks to set one's fall back setting so shoppers could choose whether their preferred shopping mode was to have, or not have substitutions.

Mostly, I am just grateful to them for helping the country get access to food, over the counter medications, and other products during a stressful time. It would have been horrible without them and the other stores that have responded to the country's crisis.

I tried the coffee pods, the one for beauty. The taste was out of this world, you needed no creamer, it tastes like they already put it in there. It has a cinnamon smell and flavor, is the best coffee I have ever tried, and I will continue to use it it has vitamins in it that is for your fingernails, your hair, and then your skin I believe it.

Purchased organic watermelons, opened them - they were mushy. I tried to return them for a full refund. The Wegmans (1750 East Ave) customer service manager first refused a refund, saying that this store doesn’t sell such produce, then she blackmailed me: ‘I’d give you refund and ban your name from all Wegmans. A store manager was called, he refused to check security cameras and contact two employees who helped me with purchase. It was implied that I switched labels on produce. Finally, refund for a half of paid price was issued and my name was banned, despite I’ve been a loyal Wegmans customer for 10 years.

This store is amazing! I used to live about 3 miles from the nearby Wegmans in my community. They almost always had what I was looking for and if they didn’t I could call customer service or write in and they would respond ASAP. The folks who worked there made a point of learning your name and were very helpful. I would sometimes shop at 2 or 3 am and while many of the counters were not open they ensured to pre-package many of the items for folks like me. I loved the cafe and take out food area and catering. Their bakery was to die for. Their fresh fruits and vegetables were always perfect. I now live 3,000 miles away and boy do I miss this store. I have found no store that matches it. Nothing beats the Wegmans experience.

I enjoy shopping at Wegman's. Their produce is exceptional, but overall they are pricey.

The layout of my local Wegmans is not ideal with the frozen section in the middle of the store. I'm used to picking up frozen foods last, which requires me to bypass it and then re trace my steps. A BIG plus for Wegmans is that they carry an enormous amount of brands and items that can be hard to find elsewhere. It's definitely not the cheapest store, but you can count on their brands tasting really good, and being a decent price.

I can't say enough great things about my local Wegmans! They have it all.....literally! Whether I am shopping for great organic produce or some obscure international spice for my creative cuisine Wegmans has it. Fantastic store, great items and fresh food.

I love Wegmans! The hours are convenient! They have everything that I need and the one I shop at has the wine selection inside the store! I tell my friends to shop there! My whole family shops here! I work around the corner on Main st which makes it very convenient for me to go to lunch there and to even pick something up after work! The workers are all kind and very informative!

My first job was at Wegmans, so I may be a little biased, but I LOVE WEGMANS! The store I frequent the most in Rochester, NY, doesn't have the best parking area, but the great customer service makes up for it. Also, I've noticed that Wegmans shoppers are, for the most part, very pleasant and helpful themselves. There is a great selection of items and the produce is the best around. Kudos!

From time to time I have purchased prepared meals from Wegmans. in all I have found a couple that were well prepared and though not expecting a fantastic experience they at least satisfied my hunger. Most recently I purchase a meatloaf meal with sides for myself and Chicken Marsala meal with sides for my wife. My wife was reasonable satisfied with the side of macaroni and cheese but was disappointed in the preparation of the chicken, it was a bit tough. My "mystery" meatloaf was most interesting. It seemed to be similar in consistency to the inner filling of a hot dog, sans the casing. Whatever spices were added to enhance the flavor were over powering and left an aftertaste that allowed my tasting the meatloaf for the rest of the evening. The roasted vegetables which i had as a side order were taste less and under cooked. The paste that was served up as mashed potatoes could have been used to hang wall paper. I guess you get what you pay for, however, what I got should have been for half the price given the poor quality. How about giving your cooks more training or perhaps you make a visit and try some yourselves.

I absolutely love this store. The stores I have visited have been clean and well organized. The people are polite as welll.

Wegmans is really awesome, one of the best things about being from upstate NY. They are open 24/7. I keep odd hours and I don't like crowds so I really appreciate that. Some people say it's overwhelming to go there because it's so big, but I love it. It saves me from having to go anywhere else. With the price of gas these days, that's a bonus. The produce is amazing. No where else can compare to the variety and freshness. Their coffee bar and buffets are excellent and include a wide selection of international cuisines. Going shopping when I'm hungry is dangerous to my wallet so its nice to have a calm, clean, and comfortable place to fill my belly prior to shopping. I usually get a cup of coffee and just take my time pushing the cart around, checking out my list and coupons at my leisure. As you can tell, Wegmans is an experience for me not just a chore to get out of the way. The shopper's club card is awesome and saves me so much money. I like to keep track of how much money I can save and try to beat my record. Other highlights that I use are the floral department and the bottle return center. The bakery is also awesome. If I bring my kid there, they give him a free cookie and that makes him so happy.
