One of the worst companies I have come across in a long while. I don't understand why they have a 4.5 star rating here.
The hotel was unable to find my booking on their system and wego has been dragging the case till this day.
I was promised a refund because I had to pay a second time to the hotel. They asked for a invoice which I had sent and they still after 48hours haven't informed me as they promised.
They have made numerous promises and not one have them have they fulfilled.
So I will definitely not recommend Wego to anyone and inform them to run the other direction as soon as they come across this company.
