Booking cancelled

Paid for a flight. Booking pending. Contacted support and they told me it is normal to take 6-12 hours for confirmation. I said what if the flight is the same day, they made up another excuse. After waiting ages they cancelled the booking with no explanation to why. Don't waste your time. Scam

Wego misleads customers

I booked a ticket for my wife and the layover coming back said 2 1/2 hours. When we booked the ticket, the layover is one hour which is very tight and she might miss her flight. Whether it’s cathay Pacific misleading us or wego, the latter should be held liable. THEY CONTACTED SO THEY LOOK RESPECTABLE BUT DIDN'T OFFER TO CORRECT THEIR MISTAKE

Worst experience ever

Worst experience ever, booked hotel in Dubai and then the booking confirmed
And the booking rejected
It’s wasting my time and fake offers on there application as I faced for this week

Bad experience

Bad experience as i made sure twice to book a flight with 20kg luggage and made payment upon that only to be surprised with an email of confirmation to say i have no luggage to check in. Contacted the airline plus weegoo and they both said i have no bags and zero weight and they asked me to pay 250kd per bag of only 20kg!!!! Which is insane! Never booking with weegoo again.
