I don’t even care about the items and what happened in August, but I had to respond and ensure that people do not think I backed down after that response from you.
Absolutely shocking that you’re still trying to cover your back with all the reviews on here. Yes you offered me my money back.. AS YOU SHOULD HAVE.. and then offered another item, which I NEVER RECEIVED, despite numerous emails. I think my review is 100% accurate and you are deluded in thinking that this is a fabrication, in addition to all the reviews below. Accept responsibility and sort it out. Whoever Richard Botchway is in the company promised so many times that I would get my item, I just gave up after a while.

4 months later I’m coming back to this review and still seeing people you’re scamming. They lost my order and it wasn’t even coming up in the system, and when they offered to send me a replacement, it never came.

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY WITH YOUR MONEY.

In response to the below: trust me, I don’t want anything from your company, I’m merely trying to warn others about buying from you so that you don’t continue scamming them. How is it based on my word that I didn’t receive it, when I have emails that prove that you knew I didn’t receive it? What on earth would I want to extort? Cheap fabrics and fake items? You’re deluded, No thanks. Thank you for blocking me, it makes it clear to me and others, the type of customer service you really have, and I hope one day you decide to take a look at the comments you receive and really move forward from there. Isn´t the first time that I´ve got issues with this company so I already know how they are.
I did my purchase in 29/11/2019 and until today 09/12 my parcel wasn´t dispached I wrote 3 emails to them and they told me that issue was because was black friday, okay I wait for one week to process one order and nothing happened, I work processing orders and when we get daily orders we have a deadline to follow the point is or they are liers or they are lazy.
I asked about my refund but them didn´t say when I will get it back.
I DON´T RECOMEND ANYONE TO BUY IN THIS WEB SHOP THEY ARE NOT COMMITED WITH THE CUSTOMERS.
I will give two days to them give me a decent answer or give me my money back, I will do a formal complain against them because in my point of view is only two ways to sell something online or they work properly or they close the doors.

This company is a joke. Ordered my goods 16 days ago and still received nothing. I have tried phoning them numerous time and they never answer. Sent an email last Saturday asking them when my order would be delivered as it was for a friends birthday. They replied Monday promising it would be with me by Thursday/Friday latest. It’s now the next Saturday and still nothing.

Honestly wouldn’t bother with them if you are considering it. I should’ve listened to the other reviews which said similar.

Ordered 10th October, was told I would receive my order within 7 days... finally got a refund 30th october. Had to find an alternative LATE birthday present.

Ordered two sweatshirts more than a month ago and it never arrived nor did they give me any tracking details when I asked for it, contacted customer service again they asked if I would like a resend or a refund, I said I wanted a refund and it's now taking them forever to reply to me.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

"We have never read so many fabrications in one review! Firstly the client placed this order on the 14th of JULY and the order (content of 3 hoodies) was processed and dispatched out on the very next day - the 15th of JULY via fully tracked Myhermes service with tracking reference 9593974254919***. Now, upon placing the order the client moved address, something that he forgot to mention but once the parcel was not able to be delivered he simply requested to be sent to different address although the courier was still in possession of the parcel and tried to deliver the parcel numerous times. On the other hand the client moved to Kenya so in the end the parcel was destroyed by Myhermes as was not able to be delivered for over 14 days and the address has been changed already. Now the client has to accept some sort of responsibly! Hence for the e-mail responses we have over 20 e-mails exchanged in the course of those 2 months so to claim that we do not respond to e-mails or have a ''block line'' is absolute lie!" THIS IS A MYHERMES REPLY TO ME . I MOVED ADDRESSES WHEN I WAS OFFERED A RESHIPMENT , I WAITED AT THAT ADDRESS FOR LONGER THAN A MONTH FOR MY FIRST ORDER . LOOK AT ALL YOUR REVIEWS , HOW CAN YOU EVEN DEFEND YOURSELF . YOU TOOK MY MOVING OUT AS AN OPPORTUNITY TO MAKE AN EXCUSE . I WAS AT THE ADDRESS WAITING FOR THE FIRST PACKAGE LONGER THAN A MONTH , THEN WHEN I AM OFFERED A RE SHIPMENT I SAY SORRY I HAVE MOVED AND YOU GUYS SAY " OH THATS WHY THE SHIPMENT COULDN'T BE DELIVERED " YOU HAVE BEEN SCAMMING EVERYONE SO STOP TRYING TO TWIST AND TURN MY STORY BEFORE I POST EMAILS ONLINE IN ORDER .

this fkn site is a fkn scam bs. i ordered 2 years ago 2 parcels and they arrived within time. now i ordered 2 weeks ago and my order got deleted without any email notification and they keep the payment.
fun fact im in contact with my lawyer in germany because they selling replicas lulz

Awful service, ordered on 9-9-19, still waiting for my hoody, the phone number advertised just rings out, and no one wants to answer my emails! I want a refund as you can’t be bothered to deliver it! Customer service is a joke

I ordered from them 2 times before and the experiences was not bad but this time it is shocking to say the least. i ordered some items 10 days ago to take on my Bali holidays for the 25th of September i have called and called and emailed and no one bother to answer so i will not be buying from jokers like this again.

Rip off merchants. Don't go near them. They certainly hustle you. Should be called wescam. Dodgy fake clothing, wrong orders and won't refund. Avoid at all costs

This company sells fake clothing. Received a badly screen printed good music hoody. Ordered a pair of Pyrex shorts as well. Never came in. Gave me the run around for over a month. Only action they took was to refund my money when i called to find out what is going on. THEY SELL FAKE GOODS. The goods are not even quality goods.

They had what i want with good prices - And had amazing customer service when i had questions. What more can you ask for?

Still waiting on my parcel which I ordered on the 24th June costing £167. Contacted we hustle via telephone last week, they said they would resend the items! Still waiting... no response to emails and wouldn’t discuss my order on social media! No tracking number, or dispatch email received.

Not impressed!!!

I had received my parcel within a week of payment ! Super fast shipping as I live in Australia ! Tracking number was sent straight away aswell as awesome responding team to my few questions after purchase ! The T-shirts I received were terrrific! The jeans and jumper I cannot stop wearing ! Jumper is comfy !

Going to be placing another order in the next week to come ! Thank you guys

i ordered the life of pablo sweatshirt from here, and it was a perfect fit. the shirt looks amazing, and everything was just the way it should be. the only problem was just that i wasn’t sent a tracking number, and i wasn’t told when the package would arrive. besides that, will buy again in the future.

Even though my delivery took nearly two months to come the support was friendly and helpful! Keep it going!

I was originally perplexed as to why I wasn't hearing back from customer support only to finally hear back from Natasha. I recommend reading the small print for hrs of operation to avoid any confusion . I recieved my pants today.. took only 10 days to get to U.S.A I'm blown away at the quality and can't wait to make another purchase.

I can’t be more happy with the way they handled my return. Every time I emailed them, they responded right away. I had to send my item back for a smaller size. Without hesitation they exchanged it and sent it back to me right away.
