Bought a tee and jumper. Jumper surprisingly thick and comfy (gildan label) but for the price it was worth it. Sent me the wrong tee by mistake (error on web site) so they said keep the wrong one and they will send the replacement. Perfect. Get the impression it’s a small up and coming site, so there are a few unusual things (no return label etc) but if we don’t support these up and coming sites they will soon be gone and they’ve got so great stuff. “I’ll be back” in an Arnie voice

Really bad product quality, i bought a champion hoodie, the printing were so cheap, you can feel it getting away after washing it. It's probably FAKE champion product, how a champion product be that cheap so ? the sizes are small, and le quality of their fabric is CHEAP AF, The fabric does some bulles of cotton, really bad, i ordered 3 month ago, i decided to not write a bad review but 3 month later, i see how they tripping with their product, so i have to write this for the ones who are hesitating to buy on this website.

to answer you: when you are very busy, you don't always have the time to do it, i didnt order twice, i ordered once, and i can send you pictures of the product , you will see if the products are not cheap

Bit Hit & Miss to be honest!!
Product - Ordered x6 Items, x3 were so badly made and of cheap material that even if the the sizing wasn't all over the place, I still would have returned. x2 Items were of decent quality (kept 1 and returned 1) and x1 was of great quality. So in my opinion worth the punt if you really like an item.
Customer Service - Really awful buying experience, 3 weeks after order and still no communication (either dispatch notice or preparing notice etc). However emailed customer services and despite my email seemingly triggering the dispatch of my order, Natasha was pretty good at resolving and kept in communication. Now on the items I sent back, again no communication to say they had received the items (kept my POP fearing the worst) but after emailing them, again Natasha was pretty quick to confirm receipt of goods. Still awaiting refund but it has only been 15 days since postage.

I was delighted with the level of customer service, quality of product and sizing of the hoody I ordered. The delivery service was also really quick.

I did have a couple of questions, which were answered thoroughly and quickly and in a really friendly manner. I would definitley use them again!!

Ordered a hoodie that needed to be sent to Australia. Arrived in good time and was very happy with the product. Also had some issues with sizing however they were more than happy to help.

I ordered a tee from WeHustle on December 22nd 2018. On January 4th 2019 I emailed in to ask where it was as I still hadn't received the tee or any dispatch email. I was told that they were out of office from before Christmas until the 2nd of January (Makes sense to be out of office during the busiest retail period of the year?? no). So then it took another week for them to actually send my t-shirt on January 10th. So that's now 19 days since I placed my order. On the 15th I emailed them to ask if they had any tracking as I STILL hadn't received anything, and on the 16th they replied with a shipping confirmation that, to my surprise, had the wrong post code on it. So they sent my t-shirt to the wrong address. When I provided photograph evidence of the address I entered (Which was correct might I add), they then proceeded to take NO RESPONSIBILITY and offer NO SOLUTION, and instead, they just blamed me for them putting in the wrong address and told me that I will get my refund when the item is returned. Even though, it has clearly been delivered, to the wrong address, and will never be returned. Absolute con.

I provided evidence to you that I had inputted the CORRECT address, and how it is clearly YOU that has inputted the wrong address. Just ignoring my emails doesn't mark a case as resolved, that's ignoring the problem and hoping it goes away.
I've genuinely never known customer service as shockingly terrible as this. Disgraceful.

I would not recommend buying from this company. Their sizes are completely wrong because my shirt was supposed to be a double X but it was more like a small. Also, the design on it was not correct because it was to the side and not in the middle. Customer service did not help either.

I do not see how to reply to a reply but no, even if the UK and US shirt sizes were different which they are not, this was a tiny shirt. It would be tight for a middle school student. And for emailing you, I did email in November and the reply was to send it back. I would have lost money if I sent it back so I did not. So instead, I am hoping that other people do not make the same mistake. The picture on the shirt was off center and it was noticeable so if 3 people looked it, then either they were not paying attention or didn't care. Thanks for the reply though.
