Service and repair to my Cartier watch!
A treasured possession.

Have been having my clasp on my watch fixed for years in Weirs with impeccable service. Finally, the time has come to replace the clasp and after a delay as the clasp is no longer available, Rotary can replace with a similar clasp.. while the clasp replacement is expensive… the years of having the clasp tightened only will make it economical as the watch is over 25 years old. Weirs are true watch minders and deliver on service.

Really great experience here. I had an old Longines watch my late father gave me which was in need of a battery. The staff (Sophie in particular) were brilliant and were genuinely interested in the watch and the story behind it. Had my two young boys with me and the rest of the staff chatted about various timepieces whilst we waited. You really feel the staff care about your issues because, as was the case with me, the item you are dealing with often has huge sentimental value.

Incredible experience in Weir and Sons last weekend. Very proud and special day for my family as I brought my mother in to help me pick out an engagement ring!! Over many years I left my watches with Weir & Sons for repair and battery replacement. There is never any problems and the staff are always knowledgeable, polite and friendly. I always use it as an opportunity to browse through their beautiful jewellery on the ground and more recent lower flower levels. Staff are always willing to help and they make me feel it is a joy for them to work in such a lovely environment.

Purchased a beautiful once in a lifetime present last year …a raymond Weil timepiece…staff were amazing very helpful knew their stuff and was delighted the gift was for me !

I cannot recommend Weirs servicing department enough.
Have relied on their services a number of times including once with a tricky warranty issue with a watch bought in another country. The staff were always extremely courteous and the pin kicks of professionalism at all times. An absolute credit to the company.
Sales people are always very warm, welcoming and personal throughout the floors, even when I’m daydreaming about luxury watches. Would highly highly recommend.
